  2. Sounds like you're hitting some sort of timeout or barrier on your server (we've seen this a lot with mod_security and other security modules). You will want to check your server error logs for more information here.
  3. Is your account still active with EasyPost? What do you have set for Allow Customer to Choose Rate?
  4. I'm afraid, there is no cancel. You would need to complete the transfer, switching between buckets in the storage configuration may actually cause more issues. Are you encountering an Internal Server Error when you attempt to run manually? E.g. what happens that is preventing this from moving forward?

  6. Please keep in mind that while you are able to run a test site, things would be limited or no support on test sites. In instances like this, if we started out on your test site, we would need to apply the same effort on your live site thus doubling our efforts, but your visitors would still be impacted by the same downtime as if we started on your live site. What we can do, to minimize that downtime is at 8am Eastern tomorrow, you can set this up and our team would be able to put this in our queue the second you hit an error. If you get your access details sorted now, that will also help speed up the time between efforts.
  7. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance in accessing your database. If you are not sure how to do this, I would recommend asking your hosting provider to perform this for. If you do make any changes/removals, please take a backup prior to doing so. When I go to the setting of the individual products it still has Easy Post selected as the shipping method. Do I need to change something now after I upgraded for this? Is EasyPost setup? You would need to ensure that integration is working correctly to select it. If you are not allowing shipping to a country you're in then you also need to check that.

  10. It looks like you're using WordPress at the root of your domain. Have you altered the .htaccess configured there recently? This can impact subfolders down the chain, which may also be your issue. I would suggest replacing the .htaccess as recommended in my previous post to ensure you have the correct ones in place and then you may wish to temporarily disable your WordPress .htaccess to see if that impacts anything.
  11. Looking in your System Log, this is an error with your database table as you have a custom column which does not have a default value. IPS\Db\Exception: Field 'fav_games' in ibf_core_members doesn't have a default value (1364) If you are no longer using that third party add-on which uses this field, you can delete it. Otherwise, you will want to have your hosting provider disable safe mode on MySQL or add a default value.
  12. Did you apply the .htaccess for the API directory to your root directory by mistake? Sounds like this is happening if it is impacting other areas of the site. The .htaccess in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs goes in the installation root of our software. The .htaccess in ACP -> System -> API, goes in the api directory of our software.
  13. Thanks! I can access now. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can better investigate. There are a few third party add-ons installed to deal with either spam control or email sending so it could be from one of those so I'd like to investigate further to ensure it isn't a bug on our end.

  15. Could you please provide us with an example user's ID or display name? You can add this in the notes of the Client Area Access Details if you are not wanting to post that here.

  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. Are you installing plugins which are compatible with your release?
  20. Please contact the author of that plugin for further assistance. If this doesn't happen when that plugin is disabled, that would be an error with the plugin.
  21. Would recommend disabling all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme then try again. Please also ensure that you have not provided the edit log to everyone as that also would enable this.
  22. Looking in the author's comments there, it requires our Pages application. You do not own that application so you would encounter errors with this plugin. You can purchase our Pages application in Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> Manage Your Community. For any further questions about this plugin, please contact the author.
  23. Looking in your community's system log errors, I do see these occurring. However, grabbing the content from the post that an admin account and another user's posted (which was nearly identical), I am unable to reproduce this. Are you seeing this with certain content you or your members are posting?
  24. Are you seeing this as a staff member or as a regular user? You will still be able to see the edit as a staff member as the message states.
