  1. Please be advised I have transferred this to a ticket so that we can assist you in stopping the renewal. In the future, you're welcome to submit a contact us request to our accounts department for assistance in this.
  2. If you have altered the sizes of these thumbnails and large images to something the layout was not designed for, you will indeed get different results, I'm afrad.
  3. You would need to train your users on this process. As it is just an image URL, anyone can grab it and paste it in your editor so I'm afraid, there is no prevention here. The URL of the image is automatically regenerated when sizes are changed in the gallery because you're telling the server this is a new image so it adds a new hash at the end so images are no longer cached, among other things.
  4. Sounds like the users copy/pasted the URL of the image rather than using the "Insert existing attachment" or embedding the gallery URL. This is not recommend due to these URLs to the images can change. I'm afraid, there is no rebuild for this. The queue task being locked, you can unlock the task and see if it runs well. If it doesn't, then you will want to review the System Logs for the error it is reaching.
  5. Please contact your hosting provider. This error is coming from your server. You likely have mod_security installed or another security module which is preventing this. Your hosting provider will need to review your server logs and either allow this particular rule that is getting tripped or disable mod_security entirely.
  6. Might be something wrong with just Facebook at the time. There really shouldn’t be a difference between this all.
  7. Please go ahead and perform the troubleshooting steps above and let us know how you get on. We can only provide assistance for what is in front of us. If your friends are having issues, please have them submit their own topic as a 500 Error is a lot like your car's check engine light. It says the server is encountering a problem but not exactly what or where so having the error log is important.
  8. Before you get too far, I'd advise checking the requirements checker on your server: https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/ If that is all green, two options to find the actual 500 Server Error: Try going to /admin and seeing what error is present. On your web server, go to /uploads/logs.
  9. I would advise going through the guide again ensuring you've set it up. Please note that without your Facebook app in live mode, you will not be able to login as anyone other than the Facebook account that setup the Facebook app.
  10. You have a lot of third party add-ons these referenced. You will want to disable all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme then test again. Please let us know how that goes.
  11. You'll want to contact your host to ensure that you have PHP sessions setup correctly. Checking the session save path to ensure it exists and is valid is a good first step.
  12. I would advise using classes as opentype suggested, it seems something in your inline styles is not escaped correctly and causing things to run together. You can add this styling to your custom.css which is loaded on every page. You do not need to add this to all templates 🙂 .
  13. I'm afraid, this is intended to happen when content is edited. If you do not wish for this to happen, I would advise creating a topic in our Feature Suggestion forum to change this.
  14. I just replied to your ticket about adding your domain to your Cloud package. Please see my email 🙂 .
  15. Glad to hear you found it 🙂 . Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  16. That is quite odd, it should be a path rather than an integer. Hope you get an answer from them soon 🙂 . Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  17. Is this coming up on our software login or on Facebook? Are they logged into the same account on Facebook?
  18. To confirm, you're using your community's administrator login? Were you able to login prior to attempting the upgrade? If your browser is inserting any credentials, I'd advise on deleting these and manually typing. Often this is a culprit of the browser inserting incorrect credentials.
  19. Glad to hear you've figured things out.
  20. Please contact the author for assistance on their plugin. Third party plugins are outside our scope of support.
  21. For issues like this, you will need to contact your hosting provider as this is an issue with your MySQL server. Even if it only happens on certain conditions, they would need to assist.
  22. Content View Behavior is in Account Settings on the frontend, it will not show in search. This is what the location in the ACP to edit the default
