  1. You would need to perform a manual upgrade at this point, I'm afraid.
  2. I have responded to your ticket. This was an issue with third party applications/plugins not compatible with the release. 🙂
  3. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can investigate what is happening here. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  4. Unfortunately, this is a bug with the version which you are on. As the patch was not applied, the best way to get past this would be to perform a manual upgrade. You can find instructions to do that here: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/welcome/install-and-upgrade-r259/#manualupgrade
  5. Sorry, this was not included in 4.7.7. It should be included in the next release, however, if things go to plan.
  6. We are not compatible with PHP 8.2 as of yet.
  7. If you were to move your root domain to our Cloud platform, you can add whatever DNS records you need to it (so long as they don't conflict with what we need to host your community 🙂 ) . If you were to use a sub-domain here on our Cloud platform, you remain in control over your DNS, we just supply you what you need to point the sub-domain here. In sending email out from your community, we have our own Cloud email sending service that is provided as a part of your package. If that is not something you want to use, you can still use the same options available to you on self-hosted, SendGrid or SMTP (or a third party application API).
  8. Glad to hear your issue is resolved 🙂
  9. Thank you both for submitting access details. I have transferred these both to separate tickets as while your issues are similar, they are not exactly the same in testing on both your communities so I'd like to give our developers a chance to look at both. Just a heads up for the future, they saved correctly. On reload, however, the password dots in the input box will be different than the amount of characters you put it. This is on purpose.
  10. Unfortunately, only assigning a license key is supported via the software. Of course, through a customization, you could do any number configuration you desire. My question would be what are you looking to do with this?
  11. I was referring to what you posted in your first post, quoted above 🙂 .
  12. As you're using a third party plugin SSO, I would advise contacting your plugin author for assistance here.
  13. Randy had correct information so I'll just reply here offering moral support as the technical support has already been provided 🙂 .
  14. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  15. Sorry, it has been removed in 4.7.0: Release Notes - Invision Community
  16. Thank you, all in now 🙂 . Very odd that that default value is still not present. I have switched this to a ticket so we can investigate further. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  17. Without contacting them, no.
  18. Correct. The grace period will allow x days for it to continue while they pay the invoice which has been generated but will expire after that timeframe has been met.
  19. Thank you, I have created a ticket on this so that we can further investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence from us.
  20. Thank you. I was able to get in but am now met with Two Factor Authentication. Please also disable this for our account on file.
  21. Without more context, I am not sure what I am looking at. However, those would come from a review system. Our software has a review system which includes stars, and this metadata that would be attributed to those pages.
  22. Please ensure that FTP access is updated as well. It does not appear to be valid.
  23. Unfortunately, they are still invalid. If you are unsure what they are, I'd advise testing in another browser. If you still are unsure, you may wish to remove the .htpasswd and/or .htaccess file in the admin directory on your server.
  24. Unfortunately, the .htaccess credentials (the little login box from your browser), is invalid. Please verify and update so we can login to your ACP.
  25. You have a few Javascript issues on your community, this and your quotes topic are related so I'll merge those here in a second. Please try clearing your cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches. If after that you're still having an issue, please provide us access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
