  1. You would simply change the email setting for the "A new member has completed registration" option where my colleague mentioned.
  2. There are not preventive measures in place to stop this kind of activity. Any thing of this nature, that is abusing your community, I would recommend blocking at the network/server level anyway. You may wish to contact your hosting provider for assistance.
  3. There is nothing within the core software which would outline this information in a report like feature (i.e. here's a list of possible individuals sharing passwords/accounts). This would require some form of customization in order to achieve.
  4. We'd need to review what has happened here. Could you please let us know the user's display name or ID?
  5. Could you please let us know the user's display name or ID? We can then investigate what happened here.
  6. It seems you applied the files but didn't run the upgrader. You will need to run the upgrader by going to /admin/upgrade
  7. Glad to hear you have things sorted out 🙂 .
  8. I have separated this to your own topic so we can investigate these separate issues. You are utilizing your own custom S3 bucket for this. First step would be to ensure everything is working correctly with this custom bucket. Broken images typically tend to happen from incorrect data or change items in the bucket itself. You would need to verify those steps and ensure the images are in your S3 bucket correctly.
  9. If you copy the image URL (which is a browser function, not a function in our software), this would not be uploading or including it via the system. If you use the "Insert Existing Attachment" this would not be copying the image URL as this uses the internal system to link this, akin to uploading directly to the content.
  10. First things first, I would recommend upgrading to the latest release as there has been some fixes in the notification area. Then I would advise testing this with all third-party applications/plugins disabled and let us know the outcome 🙂 .
  11. Do you have payment methods setup? Are they setup for the country your billing address is in? Is there a specific error? You would want to go to ACP -> Commerce -> Subscriptions -> click the + button on the subscription to add them manually. You can also add an invoice to their profile and zero out the charge with a miscellaneous negative charge. I'm not sure what you mean. You would need to first create the subscription before you can add someone to it.
  12. Unfortunately, the images there were not attached to that post and were attached to another item, which either has been removed or is private so inaccessible to all audiences. Due to this, it is recommended to always upload photos to the content you're posting them to.
  13. I would check that all your add-ons are compatible with the latest release and PHP 8. Then upgrade. Then enable those that are. That would be something your hosting provider would need to let you know what happened, etc...
  14. It sounds like they're simply caching the page by URL because I can break the cache by appending a URL parameter that does nothing in our software. That's really all I can say.
  15. This is still in review. No need to continue to bump as while I hope we resolve it soon, can take time the further up the chain it needs to go to be investigated. I am sorry I do not have better news.
  16. Looks like things are fine but you may have some server caching going on which is caching the index page because if I append ?test to the URL, it works fine. I would advise contact your hosting provider for assistance in removing that cache as it is becoming impactful.
  17. You're most welcome!
  18. Unfortunately, you still left some code in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Page Output. I have removed that for you now. You will want to insert it in: ACP -> System -> Integrations -> Google Analytics.
  19. Keep in mind the custom fields like this exist across the software. It is simply a field type which makes an HTML input field of the password type. There are no means for a password protected download. The only permission system is in the member group, I'm afraid. If you are only giving out select access, you can move these individuals manually to a group for access. With Commerce and Downloads you can charge for downloads but still no password protection application.
  20. I would advise removing it from there and placing it in the Google Analytics Integration in ACP -> System -> Integrations -> Google Analytics.
  21. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. I would advise going through the steps I mentioned above so that you can either find out what is causing this on your installation or find out if this is in the core software which we would need to then investigate your installation. Unfortunately, without us reproducing it in our installation or investigating your installation, we cannot proceed.
  23. Could you please clarify where you've added this script? In the Google Analytics Integration area, even if I disable that, the script error is still present and I am seeing two inclusions.
  24. PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1 are compatible with the latest release. Are you overwriting all files on your server? You're calling a function there which has been removed in PHP 8 and thus failing. Which means a file is out of date or a third party add-on is.
  25. Glad to hear things at least are good for now. Let us know if it shows up again!
