  1. The error there is a 500 Internal Serve Error, you would need to obtain the error from your server's error log then provide it to us. Please only provide that log entry and not the whole log. Please ask your hosting provider for assistance if you are having issues.
  2. I would suggest applying patches in ACP -> Support. Then also clearing notifications on the site and your phone. That will give you a new test scenario that we can then assist further with.
  3. ACP -> Files -> Image Settings. Disabling it fully on your server would be something you want to review with your hosting provider.
  4. You would need to first purchase the Commerce application and then upgrade to the latest release because the downloads provided would be for only the latest release.
  5. Does the calendar export itself update with future events or is this a one-time export?
  6. Are these items missing from the server? The thumbnails are returning a 404 Not Found, which means they are not. It could have been these were cached and then rebuilt which is causing the missing error. I would check that the called file also is not encountering the same issue.

  8. I am seeing a 404 Not Found error for some of your resources. You will want to contact your hosting provider to ensure that your uploads directory and all sub-directories has proper permissions so that the web server can write to it. Then go to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches to regenerate.
  9. Depending on which version you updated from, there have not been any recent changes in the latest release we can instruct to. However, if you would like to provide an example, we can review the issue you're having.
  10. Keep in mind, it is the answer to your question pertaining to our core software we're going with here. Of course, that may not be a resolution to your problem. I have unmarked the solution and moved this to our Community Support forum as it is moving towards a custom resolution.

  12. Basically, the software simply outputs a normal CSS file so if that CSS file is not on your server, it would not be able to read appropriately by the browser. Same for images/etc... If you have something on your server which converts to webp but that image doesn't actually exist then your server/browser can't load it.
  13. Looks like you are losing CSS issues here. The software will write the CSS to file when the cache is cleared. If you're seeing this going missing or inaccessible items on your file system, you will need to work with your hosting provider for assistance.

  15. You may need to reach out to someone familiar with Google Tag to ensure you get what you want. While our software does have a place to see and manage some aspects in ACP -> System -> Settings -> Data Layer, creating customized data integrations is not something we support at the moment.

  18. You will want to remove all redirects 🙂 . While I understand what you're saying here and that these should only be limited to index.html, the reality is we need to remove all external factors which may be playing on the software at present so we can investigate this further. You can re-instate that after our investigation concludes.
  19. The host is a remote host which is being used in your conf_global.php file for your MySQL database connection. This will fail unless you've specifically allowed that via your network configuration. If you have a local MySQL server to this server, you will want to adjust that. Otherwise, you will want to work with your hosting provider so you can make that remote connection. Additionally, the permissions are not valid on files and may have issued executing. 644 is recommended for most fiels and 755 for folders.

  21. This would require customization if you would like to do this at present. You can of course, provide your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  22. There are no means in the software to do this. As Claudia mentioned, that would be the job more so of an analytics tool. The only thing we have close to this would be the referral system. Which users have a link they can share and who a user is referred by gets logged. This, of course, is not an analytics system which does your whole traffic.
  23. Support is now started through the community here. The "Help & Support" forum here is managed by our staff and this is the only official support forum which we have. We no longer have priority support but everything else functions the same, our staff still has access to the Client Area to securely access your access details to your community, we can escalate items to tickets with our developers (if needed), etc... The reason for this change is that we receive a super high percentage of requests/questions which are extremely similar in nature and our clients could benefit from searching a common area for those answers. Additionally, other clients can chime in and report their experience with a particular issue or solution, etc... Many years now we have been commenting to our clients how great communities are for support and never have been using it to it's full potential so we are now 🙂 . Just like in a ticket though, we will move items which fall outside our scope of support to the appropriate forum, like performance on your server, to a more suitable forum. Keep in mind, all support on the community is public now, that is the benefit of doing so.
