  4. Im honestly not sure what you mean here. We lot in with standard accounts all day every day without ever needing to clear cache in order to log in with another
  5. I can sign into the front end with the one you set up for us (not the one you state to be yours). However I cannot sign into the admin CP with those details, as it states the details are incorrect. I can sign into the admin CP with your details, however those details will not sign me into the front end. So therefore with the above at present I cannot sign in as one of those users
  6. Those arent something you should change unless you have a specific reason for doing so. The reason we ask, is we have seen those changed and it cause the issues you have mentioned. Are you seeing anything in your email error logs? If you go to Support in your admin CP, are you seeing anything come up in the mysql section? Have you disabled any 3rd party items and tested?
  7. I was actually getting "Something went wrong" when I was trying to log in with your SSO. Please add to your notes step by step what you are using to log in. Including if the front end details are different (you mention using email instead). I realise you mention you have done this successfully over and over since you started the topic here, but there are now 2 of us who are unable to log in using the information provided

    Set up searching

This is not something which is possible without modification at present. The only time you will see everywhere, is if you are on the 'main' page of your site
  9. Test URLs are reset when you reset your main URL. We usually advise using a subdomain that you can then point to whenever it is needed for that reason. I have however gone ahead and reset that for you now, so you can go ahead with your testing.
  10. If its set to minimal, then no. Browser notifications are indeed still available if set to browser mode
  11. Please feel free to add this as a suggestions within our feedback area
  12. If you have a site you are running at present which doesnt have a license, then indeed you would purchase the self hosted platform as mentioned above. Once you have purchased download the software and upload over the files you already have there, in order to ensure you have the correct valid files present If you are any versions behind, run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade at this point, and it will ask for your license key If you were already up to date, go to your admin CP, visit System>License key, and change the license key to the one you purchased.
  13. Indeed the same was the issue with the op. Seems browsers cache the manifest for a while
  14. I believe you have to have business verification now for it to show up, unfortunately.
  15. Glad to hear you managed to get the issue resolved 🙂
  16. There appears to be an issue with your custom signin on the front end, on the login provided
  17. Live topics is something already available to customers on our Creator plan and above. We agree 🙂
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. Is there a particular item you were removing that you cannot readd? I am unable to replicate any issue on my end
  21. Yes it would still be $199. Note, you can leave this only up to 24 months. After that period, there would be no option to renew
