That forum is contained within another forum above it, of which has no permission to view for guests. So they cannot see anything within
Im not sure where you believe you had sent the pm 10 times there. I have received only one.
Take a look at module permissions, which will allow you to block guests from viewing profiles
In terms of getting guests to register, I guess thats the game of running a community and what we all ask ourselves when running them. Have you added the guest block? You could add information into there to try and encourage registrations
If you are missing tables from your backups, you are going to have more issues than just the error message. I would advise on doing another backup from the original source, and trying again.
That actually looks to be an old table too. Are you migrating an old platform?
Please go to System>Site Features>Applications, disable any application, then enable it again. Once you have done this, please check again to see if this resolves the issue
This is then what is causing your issue. Your site does not currently have 4.7.15 files if it's the one on file you are referring to. You can update manually by uploading a fresh set of files from your client area, and then visiting /admin/upgrade
have you checked you dont have that user on ignore? If not, please let me know both your displayname on your site, and the displayname of the person in question

You appear to be reading the text incorrectly there. "Search term words" not tags that the setting applies to I believe. I am however getting confirmation on that
So "required" can be set of you dont have quick registration switched on, and use the full registration form, without profile completion. If you have profile completion switched on, you would set a profile completion step as being required instead
