  1. As mentioned in the ticket there, this appears to be an issue whereby your task is writing items that your web user cannot read or overwrite, which is causing you problems. This is something you would need to address with your hosting company to get resolved
  2. Another update for you, just to let you know this has been patched on the 4.6.8 release. You can see this patch on the support area of your Admin CP
  3. Just a quick update to let you know a patch was just released for 4.6.8, and is available within the support area of your admin CP. No need to wait for the next release 🙂
  4. That includes the logged in code from a member who can access this area
  5. Yes, a video would be very useful incase Im missing anything. With regard access, please add it to your account on file
  6. I am not able to replicate this at all on a new instance of the platform. Could you please let me know if you are happy for me to post on your site, or your test site if you still have that set up?
  7. Does this happen if you try to do this on a user who is in the same timezone as yourself? Sorry for the questions here. Just trying to find some common occurance given I cannot replicate
  8. Sorry Im not sre what you mean here, and why you are switching off javascript. That is simply now showing you each day
  9. If you use another mail server, are you having the same issue?
  10. The issue here is that there is no access to your site unless you are logged in, and therefore that RSS feed also cannot be seen unless you are logged in.
  11. Sorry, could I just confirm here, are you setting and checking yourself? Or if this one person checking and another person checking. As if you are in different timezones in the latter scenario, that would indeed make a difference
  12. Ok. Please could you provide the step by step here to reproduce? Also, please attach the example image (zipped), and let me know what browser and operating system is being used
  13. Unfortunately running on an old server environment using the latest technology in software will indeed cause you issues at some point down the line
  14. Thank you for that extra information there 🙂
  15. ^ he's been here before 😄
  16. Please could you provide me with a link to that feed so I can take a look for you?
  17. There is no built in method of doing this, however as pointed out above, many do tend to use that application
  18. You would need to contact your hosting company. First of all I would increase memory_limit on your server and try that though. What is happening here, is when the gd library is involved (any time you have limits set) its failing. Its only not failing when your server isnt involved in any resizing
  19. No problem at all. Sometimes we just need a second set of eyes 🙂
  20. No problem. Please let us know the result of that testing
  21. No problem at all. Glad to see this was resolved for you 🙂
  22. I see its showing 0 members even though there is actually 1 there, so I have filed a bug report for that
  23. Just a quick update to let you know this will be patched at some point tomorrow, once we have tested the fixes
  24. Just a quick update to let you know this will be patched at some point tomorrow, once we have tested the fixes
  25. I see from your ticket this appears to be an issue with your table types not all being INNODB and collation issues. Once those are resolved, that should solve the issue for you
