  1. Could you please confirm this was uploaded after upgrading to the latest release? If so, I would need a link to this in order to advise
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. Your ticket was escalated to a higher tier of support. So it will take some time for it to be addressed
  4. Glad to hear you are getting to where you wish to be there
  5. You would need them both on the same server unfortunately. Even if you created a copy to do this. The files themselves need to be accessible via the converter on the file system. They would not be if they arent on the same server
  6. This ticket is in reference to logging into the admin CP, and does not affect the front end, and people who are on your site.
  7. By default mysql will only search on 4 or more characters unless the mysql configuration is changed to allow fulltext search on lower numbers. Are you seeing it on other items whereby its less?
  8. This would usually be due to the invoice having expired, which we are aware of. The difference in values there is one is the price you agreed to, and one is the price as it is set for new purchases at present. Have you now got it sorted, or do you still require assistance? If so, we would need to know what item this is referring to
  9. There are times in which items can cause issues even when disabled. We do try to prevent that as much as possible, but with a very large number of possibilities, there will always be items which slip through the net
  10. Its very likely they may be related yes. As mentioned, I would check your server error logs at this point to determine exactly what is causing the 403
  11. Thank you for updating those. I have created a ticket for you on this so one of our developers can assist
  12. Im not sure what else we can really add to the conversation here, as we are unable to replicate the issue in any way
  13. The 403, please could you clarify if thats showing from googles side or your side? (Is it a google page?) It sounds very much like its coming from your server direct, so I would suggest making sure you check your server error logs, and anything like mod_security that is on the server, as the server itself is denying the request
  14. If everything is in one folder, then you would be moving everything there, so Im a little confused by what you mean
  15. If you are having issues with a 3rd party resource, you would need to contact the author of that resource for assistance. We are unable to assist with 3rd party items unfortunately
  16. There isnt really a list of files, no. The only way you could really find out is if everything was in separate locations
  17. You would really need to do your test with nothing in terms of 3rd party items added. If you have radical tags installed, it may well be what is causing issues
  18. If you select that option, it doesnt matter who the customer is or what memberships etc. They would all be forced to accept
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. I was using edge. As a courtesy however, I have just tested edge, firefox, and chrome. All result in the file "Actualización juan_clarinet 21-22.fmf" If you log out and test this, what are you getting then?
  21. You need to use the referral link given by someone to register, in order for it to be added as a referral on register
  22. What happens is when they log in, or the next thing they click if already logged in, they will be forced to the terms and privacy policy where they will have to accept it before they can continue viewing. It would be all members. There is no selection for only set groups.
  23. If you could, that may be helpful
  24. Of course make sure you set up permissions to allow this
