  1. If you look at the support account, you will see I have adjusted that down to 0 with no problem. I would need more information as to what actions you take to change these, so I can advise accordingly An example member I can take a look at where this has been changed may be helpful in me seeing whats gone on there

  3. Not at present, no. They are on our list. However it does need to be noted that those guides will simply be to state you need to apply for permission to twitter. So there would be little more than here
  4. You would need to apply for the access from Twitter, as was already mentioned.
  5. I would need to know all the values being entered. As you will be able to see by the last entry named "test" I was able to add an entry
  6. It will have been due to you testing over and over, which is why the whitelist was introduced there

  8. The issue with registration is because there is repeated attempts with the same email and the spam service is blocking it. See the following guide on this, and how to whitelist if needed

  11. There is no time frame I can provide at present, however the software works on 8.0. There really is no need to be rushing to switch to 8.1. Ut was released only a short time ago, so does need to be fully gone through before we would be able to release onto that version
  12. Please provide a username who has signed up after you set up the must agree item. We will likely need to get that looked into
  13. There are issues with PHP 8.1, so I would advise against it until we have gone through the code and made it compatible
  14. Actually the opposite is true. Generally you will have more issues by not upgrading
  15. Please double check those. You have a display name added to your client area, however your login accepts only email
  16. There is no way in which to do this natively within the software, however as mentioned by Adriano above, there are 3rd party items that can achieve this.
  17. I need to pic up on this part as this is important. We do not convert the file to another format. It can only be being done by the device. There is simply no function in the platform at all that does this. I would say however, if our site is orienting it correctly, the only place than can be an issue there is unfortunately the server its run on

  20. The image you have sent over there is an heic file, which would not actually be displayed by the software at all. Please could you provide me with a link on your platform where you are seeing this?

  22. No problem. If its not being rotated, its very likely the photo itself. Also ask them to upload elsewhere and see if it shows the correct way.
  23. Because they are 2 different things. Unapproved isnt really hidden.
