  1. Looking at your database, it appears to be being caused by the 3rd party plugin "(TB) Show IP to Admins Only"

  7. If exif data is stripped, that would indeed happen, yes. This is because that is where the orientation data is kept. This said however, it would not explain the heic/jpg part of this. Also they are being uploaded here on our own community with the same issue
  8. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  9. To clarify here, this is actually related to missing tables, which was very likely caused by the disk space. While your database is larger than it should be, it would not directly cause issues on your site. We have sites using the software with much much larger sets of data.
  10. Just as an update for anyone looking at this. The issue is the member still having a subscription, albeit expired. An existing subscription must be renewed or deleted in order to see new items.
  11. I see the issue there appears to have been related to disk space. My colleague is working with you to resolve some related issues, but it would be advisable to ensure you monitor your disk space and ensure you have the space to expand when needed. Of course if this is something you would rather us take care of, we do have a cloud solution which may be easier for you to manage. Feel free to let us know if thats something you may be interested in.
  12. Standard responses can be up to 72 hours. With advanced escalated items, those can take longer as per message on escalation. I have added the information above to that support request though, so that they can use this during their investigation. Especially if you have never changed that setting.
  13. We simply moved where we do support. It appears you may have missed the emails on this. If you deleted your site entirely, there would be nothing to charge as its IPS that requests the payment
  14. Im a little confused by the comments there, I have to admit. You have created a support topic stating you cannot get direct support. This is indeed what I am providing here in part. With regard moving software, if you are referring to another supplier, you would need to contact that supplier to ask the question. We would not be able to provide support on that here.

  16. The problem here is its simply becoming too difficult for the average user to set up, and we are changing items constantly in an effort to keep up with a constantly changing environment unfortunately. Zapier would resolve that issue on both counts

  18. As already mentioned, there isnt really anything we can add. If there are issues with google search you really would need to contact them. There is no issue there as far as it can be searched for, and no issues on the software. Your issue seems only to be with the screen you show in your image above. As mentioned by Randy, it seems its simply incorrect

  20. Not changing the permissions after upload would not mean they are fine. It depends on your server. Are you using suPHP/suExec? If you are unsure, you need to check
  21. Have you checked your system logs to see what is showing up there?
  22. You would need to disable all 3rd party items and test this again. The message there indicates an issue with a 3rd party item
  23. Its restricted at present by item and not by things within that item. For example members, forums etc. You would indeed need to post that up as a request for a new feature within our feature request forum, if you wish to see this appear in a future release.
  24. Unfortunately there isn't really anything we are able to assist with if we cannot replicate. To me, the original link you gave is simply working.
