  1. Have you been sending quite a lot of requests? It may well be that you have been blocked due to lots of requests. If that may be the case, leave it a few hours and test this again
  2. Thank you for responding and linking that 🙂
  3. ^ that would do it 🙂 Almost like this fella has been here before
  4. I have moved that to our suggestions area, rather than support, as this is a request for a change.
  5. Completely understandable, but even just on your site, it would be for the developer to resolve. We can only provide support with the stock product
  6. Glad to hear you found the problem item, and hope you can get that sorted
  7. There is no way in which to restrict in that manner with the built in system. DawPi of course will be able to confirm if their application will do this
  8. Have you since uninstalled the converters or disabled them? I ask as its those which would do the redirecting
  9. This will indeed likely be a single plugin causing issues, its just that cache is in play too. So you would need to disable all, clear cache and ensure its working, then enable one at a time, clearing cache each time if you have an issue. The reality is there, with the amount of plugins you are running, you are going to run into issues at some points unfortunately. Just for an example, every time someone visits a topic at present, there is an error thrown, and there are 32 hook items being loaded at that point. Any one of those could be causing your issues. With the support. Support has changed on the platform, and this is indeed where you would post up for support. We still have access to your system, and this is now fully staffed. We can move items into email support if there is an issue which requires more secure information, or requires the item to be escalated to higher tiers of support
  10. Yes, that would show once you select. I mean the create item wouldn't actually show. I have flagged this for dev review, so we can determine if this is actually a bug
  11. They will not show within there for clubs. It would only show forums which are within the main forums area
  12. If you go to support in the top right of your admin CP, you will see just under the version it will show optional patch
  13. Please check the response on this from my colleague on 14th Feb. We are currently awaiting details being corrected from yourself. Just thought I would mention in case you missed this
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this has been reviewed and logged an internal bug report for our development team, who have now resolve the issue in a future maintenance release.
  15. I see Daniel managed to get the issue resolved for you. Of course let us know if you have any further problems
  16. That will be being done by your browser. Its probably picking up the "name" in the fieldname
  17. Could it be that someone is targeting this? Do you have flood control in place on search?
  18. No problem. Please do let us know if you need us to take a look
  19. Custom design we do, and custom SSO. If thats what you are looking for, then yes we can quote for that, and that is not 3rd party as its developed by ourselves. The locations above mentioned, those are for 3rd party developers With the corporate packages, if you are looking to get 3 of those and need customisation, it would be worth contacting our sales team with your requirements
  20. I have created a ticket for you on this, so one of our developers can see whats going on for you
  21. Ensure you are on the latest release of the software, and also that you have any "optional patch" items added from support in your admin CP. That was a bug in which was fixed
  22. Indeed what Alex says above is the correct way to go about this. The only way in which to give access to a member is through the group based permissions system
  23. We tend to do one a month, so it would indeed 🙂
  24. You would not be able to fix those until that fix is released
