  1. Thats ok. Our devs will pick up anywhere else its needed
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. Yes, I would advise on disabling all 3rd party items and ads in order to test this first of all. From what you are describing, thats certainly not normal behaviour
  4. While we would not offer self hosted installation, given what you are asking, what is the reason you are looking to do this?
  5. As mentioned above, there are 3rd party integrations for this. We cannot assist you in making your discord server private. You would need to contact discord in order to find out how to do this
  6. That is correct. Support topics are here in the community. If they need to be transferred to a ticket, we can do that of course. We cannot assist you with your server. If you have no server admin, that is indeed going to cause you issues. As mentioned, you would need to respond to the email support item which was sent to you. The reality is however, we are unable to assist if you are unable to run to the point you are having an issue. It does however seem your upgrade is in process there, so we can take a look at that point. You would need to update your access details on file for this
  7. I have removed the emails as this is a public forum. You would need to speak to the author of your SSO solution there if you have a specific issue with that item. However you would indeed be shown the login form if guests are not allowed to access the site. At present guests have the "can use site" selector switched off. That would need to be switched on if guests are supposed to be able to see the content on your site
  8. Have you taken a look through our guides here? If its specific things you want to do that you are unsure of where to start with. Let us know and we can certainly get you pointed in the right direction. For example, if you are looking to set up forums on your new community, you can use this guide If you want to get the look of your site sorted out, this one may be helpful to you
  9. You cant move the forum itself, however you can move its topics in the same manner as you would any other topic on the front end of the site. So you would select them using the checkbox, and move to whatever forum you have created in the main forum
  10. If you take a look in applications\core\data\achievements, you will see the 3 files you can use to export a set of defaults.
  11. Do you have any plugins on your browser enabled that you can disable to test again? If not, I may need to get this tagged for a developer to take a look at for you
  12. Im not seeing any other site. Do you have that under another account?
  13. Very sorry to see you were having issues there. I have managed to get that completed off for you now. Could you please let me know at which point you saw that appear?
  14. I can see its assigned to an engineer at present, however I cannot give a specific date at present. Do keep an eye on the topic however, as you will see it shown as added to a release once it has been fixed, by the changing of the topic prefix
  15. It appears you missed an email that was sent out back in September relating to pricing increases. There was indeed a price increase since that date. We certainly realise that price increases are never something people are going to enjoy, but it’s worth remembering that the renewal prices haven’t increased since we launched that pricing model for self-hosting licenses over a decade ago. This is what you are seeing in your renewal there
  16. It would, unless you have staff permissions to edit all profiles. That would override that. This is why I am asking if you have moderator rights there
  17. If you use the key and member_id you could
  18. Do you have moderator rights to edit profile information? I notice you are looking at the administrators group there
  19. I have just responded to your ticket. Please take a look at that and respond. We can then get you sorted out
  20. Yes, you would be going the wrong way about this. You really should use the REST API which is built for this purpose. You can see the details for the API here https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api
  21. Yes, that is correct. The marketplace and our client area are 2 separate things entirely
  22. I think you may have misunderstood the question there. I mean what is it you need it in RSS format for? As mentioned. You would not usually get the data in this way
  23. The key changes if anything related to authentication changes. So password, displayname, emails. Again however, if you let us know what it is you are trying to achieve, we may be able to point you in a better direction. Getting data this way would be unusual
