  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Please could you try that again? I am seeing no issues our end, but there does appear to be an intermittent issue we are looking at
  3. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  4. We have some issues we are looking at currently, which it looks like this may be related to. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  5. As mentioned in the response, this can take longer. Due to the advanced nature of your request, please note that it may take longer than usual to fully address your concern. Please also note that advanced support is only available Monday through Friday.
  6. Please could you paste that in which you are using there as an example? I can then test and get this reported as a bug if needed
  7. It updates every time the feed is updated
  8. Im not sure where you have sent several requests. I can see that you have created 1 support request, and that was responded to this morning with how to reset the password. If you are having issues with that, you need to respond to the ticket stating this so that we can assist further
  9. You can remove the ID for specific pages if you wanted to do that, but you cannot remove them for pages in general. For example, if you wanted to add a FURL without an ID to a specific topic you would be able to do that, but you cant automatically make one for every topic that is created. This is because the ID is required to identify that item. With regard variables, you wil be able to see the variables that are being used by the current furls as an example of what can be used. So for example if you edit the one for the forum links, you will see forum/{#id}-{?} The ? is always the position of variable that do not appear in the real URL. In this case the forum name, but it could be the topic name in a topic link for example. The #id of course is the ID. There is no list available as such
  10. Glad you found a solution to the issue 🙂
  11. That has now been applied for you, and should show up in the next few minutes
  12. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  13. Please could you try this again now and let us know if you are still seeing the issue? I am not seeing any issues my end
  14. You would need to check your own code if you are using custom format code. If this is happening when using one of the selectable formats, of course we can take a look at that
  15. System -> Site Features -> RSS Imports I believe that is what you will be looking for here. Using this you can import from external RSS feeds to any forum of your choosing 🙂
  16. For the most part, details would actually be required for purchases. Many payment providers for example would not allow use without address details. Then you have the setup of fraud integrations which would certainly require information before being used, otherwise there is no way in which to track details. You also have the situation internally of an admin being able to track through items. You could end up with 100 dummy guest transactions which would only really be able to be tracked by IP address or email if that is provided (and you are then already into asking for at least one item from the user). These are just a few of the considerations. However we are community software at core. The intention of our software is to create community, and encourage registration of accounts into that community to promote content. Creating cart software for guests to be able to use without registering an account in any way would simply go against the intention of the software.
  17. To clarify no this point, we have previously been advising people run from /admin/upgrade. This has indeed been coming up though, so a ticket has been created with one that had that issue at present so we can investigate and indeed resolve the issue going forward for everyone. 🙂
  18. Glad to hear it 🙂 Hopefully they will all go through soon enough for you
  19. This has been flagged for a developer to take a look at and advise accordingly.
  20. Please do let us know if you require any futhre assistance, but it does seem at this point the issues are related to your server setup
  21. Our developer guides can be found in the following location. We cannot assist with custom development as part of support unfortunately. There are developer related forums on our community you could post in though, where others may be able to assist if you have issues with anything specific https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/
  22. You have required purchasing switched on, and requirement for address details. So what you are seeing there is the quickest it could ever be on your current options
  23. I am logged into your site without any issues there. Please clear your browser cache and then test this again
  24. You can create custom widgets in the admin CP if you own the pages application. Other than that, you would need to develop a plugin yourself for that purpose
