  4. That is correct. Support changed quite some time ago to being done via the community. So you would post here as you just have done for support. We can of course create tickets on your behalf for escalation, access your details if needed etc.

  9. Are you referring to blocks here? If so, the site you have seen them on likely has the sidebar showing on the left, which would make them the uppermost item

  17. Urgent issues like this would tend to be looked at straight away. I cannot give an estimate on how long it will take to resolve until we have looked at what is causing the issue.
