  1. This is an issue which has since been been patched. Please apply the optional patch showing in the support area of your admin CP, which will resolve this
  2. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  3. Just to note with this part. It looks like your sessions URLs are set to use that path, regardless of PHP version, so it would be worth you checking that
  4. I have moved this topic to our developer forums, where it is better placed to be assisted with. We would not be able to assist with development under standard support
  5. Glad to see you managed to get that issue resolved 🙂
  6. I would suggest switching to hcaptcha in the latest release first of all. This is one of the main things on cleantalk, but was added to core on 4.7
  7. I blame it being Friday, personally 😄 This appears to have already been deleted. Please let us know if you have any further issues of course
  8. Also please check the version of firefox and ensure they are using the latest release
  9. There is an open bug report for this at present 🙂
  10. Glad to hear everything is now up and running properly for you 🙂
  11. Hope you manage to get that set up 🙂 As mentioned, its always best to use the built in tools to do the job rather than manually editing. But I should also add, its always worth looking through the release notes on new releases. You can find them in the following location The reason I mention this is you would have likely already changed this if you had taken a look at those, and there might be other items we have added that are of use to you, so its always worth a look. We do often see this and also people using 3rd party applications they installed a long time ago that they can do with the core platform.
  12. Generally, it breaks javascript. We have found this to be the case on numerous occasions. If its working for you, great. However if you have problems, its very likely that is going to be the cause. When using cloudflare, the one thing you have to bear in mind is if you have issues we will ask you to disable it entirely for testing. So you should ensure you can do this relatively easily. It is worth noting that quite a high percentage of issues we come across are caused by the use of cloudflare. This is not to say there aren't people using it without issues, as you can see above. Just something to bear in mind.
  13. Its really not clear here what you are actually looking for there. If you are not looking for someone to do things on your behalf, nor looking for someone to develop, and just looking for someone to 'help'. What help is it you are asking for? If its with an the application in question, its another users application. They can advise what is incorrect. They asked that the files were removed. I've offered on 2 occasions above to do this. The first time I found it to be installed, so needed clarification. I then asked again 2 posts up if you would like for me to remove it entirely, then you can continue with the author, and you haven't yet responded to that. So at present you are offering to pay for a service of which even if we charged for, we are unsure what it is you are asking for above what we have already offered
  14. You were charged a one time cost for the copyright removal, however these charges are for your site renewal, not copyright removal. Its your monthly charge for your sites themselves on the our cloud platform
  15. Unfortunately, that's not something we are able to provide. We can only tell you what the issues are with our core product. You are looking to work out a few bugs, and if you post those here we can certainly advise. However if those bugs are with a 3rd party product, we will let you know this, and let you know to contact the author. After all, those are items we have not actually developed. With regards other items such as running the site itself. I can only really suggest getting an administrator to work with you who is a little more technically minded, if its something that you are struggling with. While we can advise on what to do, and provide instructions on how to do things within the core product, we are unable to do those things on your behalf.
  16. We do not allow the transfer of licenses as per EULA unfortunately?
  17. Glad to see you got to the bottom of what was causing you issues there, and thank you for coming back to let us know 🙂
  18. You would need to read through their documentation on that to see what they are referring to here. It sounds like its people testing captchas from what it says there
  19. Im not sure what you are referring to there. Please could you let me know?
  20. We added hcaptcha as an option, which appears to be better at stopping spammers, so it may be worth taking a look at that
  21. Have you switched over to using thew new captcha method also?
  22. You would be blocking ranges, not individual IPs. But yes, it would indeed take you quite some time to block a whole country from registering.
  23. I'm not sure what you mean by us facilitating this. The only way you can block a country is by IP, and we provide that ability already.
  24. It would be a range of IPs usually, yes. If you google country IP ranges there are many lists of these
