  1. Im not entirely sure what you mean there. If you add a link to a gallery image, it will automatically embed and is linked. So they should actually only add the link to the image, as it will aut embed

  9. The answer to your question really is to upgrade your site. This is not being sarcastic, but just pointing out there is a reason they are shown to you each day. Just as there is a reason that security ones can't be dismissed at all.

  11. I would suggest first of all checking your server error logs to see what the actual error is. If you are getting an internal server error, then this is where it would be logged. Also, disable all 3rd party items and test the same

  17. There seems to be some confusion there. There is no difference in how these functions work between one and the other. The difference you have there is the version of our product. Please ensure our standard handler is available on the admin CP so we can log in to take a look. If this is however custom developed, you would need to investigate where the error is occuring
  18. You would need to be using a default unaltered theme, of which you dont have at present. You need to create a new theme and test on that. It is worth noting that first you need to address all the issues showing in the support area of your admin CP. At present you have quite a few issues there, including files that arent up to date. These need addressing before anything else.

  23. Server caching, more than caching that is added there. We need to find what is the common item here. Also are you using any VPN your end?
