  1. Please try recovery mode as mentioned above first of all. If you are then still having issues, please ensure all access details on file are up to date and let us know. We can then take a look to see whats happening for you 🙂

  10. There is no facility at present to respond to reviews on products on store. There is on downloads for your customers when they have added their own downloads
  11. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. You would have seen this when you first upgraded to a version with the ACP marketplace. It would have been shown as an admin notification

  16. We cannot match up any items at present as we would need to know what they are. If you can provide the names of the applications and the marketplace links, we can do that
  17. The issue you have there with with group collaboration, and not with the IPS product. As mentioned by Adriano above, that application was abandoned a long while ago. Its simply no longer compatible
  18. While I can see the error in the mysql statement, I would still need to know a user who has reported this so I can see why its happening

  23. It depends on when you upgraded. To clarify You install applications We release version with the admin CP marketplace You upgrade. It asks you at that point to match them to their marketplace items I suspect that last part is what hasnt happened. We can match them up for you if you let us know what they are, but as mentioned, you should check with the authors first of all. If you want us to go ahead regardless, let us know, but it may break things if there is a good reason for them being custom
  24. If you have purchased them prior to the admin CP marketplace existing (you bought it prior to that version) then they would show as being custom, unless you matched them up when asked in the admin CP.
