Sorry to hear you feel this is the case. I have recorded a video for you here to show you exactly what I see. It is certainly not the case that we dont look into issues, as you mention above. We simply cant fix an issue we cant see.

What browser and operating system are you using?
Please ensure you are using the latest release of the platform, disable all 3rd party applications, and ensure you are accessing the store in the standard manner, then test again. I am unable to replicate what you are showing in your video there unfortunately.
There is no other way other than selecting the settings on that image, and selecting unfeature for an individual photo. You can select each image and use the menu at the bottom to unfeature if you are doing more than one.
I think this would probably be something you would discuss with our sales team if its something you are interested in. Im sure, given what you are saying, there will be some way we can accommodate you there 🙂

Please provide step by step how you are replicating this with specific items on your site, so I can take a look. The reason I ask, is we have many people using commerce, and from what you are describing, it would make it impossible to check out
We dont provide an upload facility for external images, no. I would ask however, what is the purpose of these? You can use the pages application to store any images you needed like that

Cloud customers can upgrade using the upgrade button, in the same manner as a self hosted customer. Just click the button.
With regards test forums, that is not available, unless you purchase a second suite for you testing purposes.

This is a limitation that is being hit on your server somewhere. Usually memory_limit, but can be others. You would be best to check on your server error logs when that occurs, which will give you more information
It does need to be noted, we would not advise on the action you have taken there. We can only really advise on the cron job being corrected if you are having issues
