  1. We are aware of the issue here, and have updates in upcoming release in the new year that will address this
  2. Sorry to hear you feel this is the case. I have recorded a video for you here to show you exactly what I see. It is certainly not the case that we dont look into issues, as you mention above. We simply cant fix an issue we cant see. 2022-11-22_14-35-16.mp4 What browser and operating system are you using?
  3. Please ensure you are using the latest release of the platform, disable all 3rd party applications, and ensure you are accessing the store in the standard manner, then test again. I am unable to replicate what you are showing in your video there unfortunately.
  4. As mentioned above, this would be best discussed with our sales team, to see what we could do for you there
  5. There is no other way other than selecting the settings on that image, and selecting unfeature for an individual photo. You can select each image and use the menu at the bottom to unfeature if you are doing more than one.
  6. You may be able to see from /uploads/logs a log of what is happening too, if that helps
  7. Good luck with the upgrades, and make sure you do full backups before you begin 🙂
  8. Unfortunately, this seems to be a bug with his browser rather than with the software itself.
  9. Easy to forget when its something you have done only once a long time ago. Glad to help 🙂
  10. I think this would probably be something you would discuss with our sales team if its something you are interested in. Im sure, given what you are saying, there will be some way we can accommodate you there 🙂
  11. I have set this to forums, which would be the default application. It was set to system

    Hello

You may also find the following instructions helpful as a refresher on how to do this https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/welcome/install-and-upgrade-r259/
  13. Please provide step by step how you are replicating this with specific items on your site, so I can take a look. The reason I ask, is we have many people using commerce, and from what you are describing, it would make it impossible to check out
  14. Is that also coming up in your unread feed? I can see from your image there that its an issue, but Ive not been able to replicate it at all
  15. We dont provide an upload facility for external images, no. I would ask however, what is the purpose of these? You can use the pages application to store any images you needed like that
  16. If this is something you are attempting yourself, and need the intermediate files (3.x) please reach out. We do not have the 2.x files to provide unfortunately.
  17. I am not seeing any issues on your site at present. Are you still having any problems?
  18. Cloud customers can upgrade using the upgrade button, in the same manner as a self hosted customer. Just click the button. With regards test forums, that is not available, unless you purchase a second suite for you testing purposes.
  19. It was marked as the answer as this is the answer to the question you had asked there. While I appreciate that wasnt the answer you were looking for, that is indeed the correct answer. There is no way in which to remove this from the admin CP
  20. Are you perhaps using different browsers there? If so, if you use the same browser as the other admin, do you see the same?
  21. Are you using a browser which does not allow cookies, or have plugins which would interact with them?
  22. If you have been having issues after updating to PHP 8, you would need to check 3rd party items you have running
  23. This is a limitation that is being hit on your server somewhere. Usually memory_limit, but can be others. You would be best to check on your server error logs when that occurs, which will give you more information
  24. It does need to be noted, we would not advise on the action you have taken there. We can only really advise on the cron job being corrected if you are having issues
  25. Guest page caching was actually removed in the latest release. So that situation actually couldnt occur
