  1. Check that if you are using https, you also have https set up in your conf_global.php file
  2. That seems to be an issue with your domain not resolving at times. It does actually resolve eventually if you leave the page open
  3. Feel free to post this up within our suggestions area. But in reality, these are very rare one off occasions (conversions and the likes, as on here). If they are something happening on a consistent basis, then the workflow of how you approve items should be looked into.
  4. The information in this topic is correct, yes. You shouldnt be using what you have linked there, as thats just adding raw html
  5. What you are showing there is not related to this. I would need an example item that is being hidden in order to advise
  6. There is no built in way to do this within the software unfortunately. The only way would be page by page, or external intervention as mentioned
  7. The links on sendgrid are link tracking being enabled. You would need to switch that off which would correct the problem. With regard the SMTP issues, you would need to contact your SMTP provider to correct those
  8. Please check your servers error logs first of all. An internal server error will be logged on the server itself.
  9. I will create a ticket on this for you, as we will need more details than you can provide here
  10. I would simply disable both of those first of all, then monitor. If you find its no longer happening (I suspect this may be the case) enable them one at a time until you find which is causing the problem
  11. You dont seem to have answered the question asked by my colleague there, as to whether this is your test instance?
  12. You would need to modify your templates in order to achieve this. There is no way in which to do this without editing your templates
  13. I'm a little confused by the response there, as you still appear to be on an old release. What you are saying there however is the correct behaviour. If they have removed renewal terms, there are no longer any renewal terms. Any future purchase of that item would be a full purchase as if they have never purchased, as they cannot renew the old one (there are no terms any longer). The only way to renew that one would be for yourselves to reinstate some terms (add the terms per month back in)
  14. Have you tested this on a default unaltered theme? It looks like you have a theme issue there
  15. You would need to speak to the author on that question, as it depends on how the app works.
  16. It would require customisation to the templates to achieve this. Probably Forums->Front->Index->Post
  17. I believe there is some confusion here. Are you referring to this issue? If not, we will need further information on what exactly is being seen.
  18. It may be worth mentioning that in your ticket in case it still needs looking at further
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. Quite correct. Thank you for that addition
  21. Glad to hear you got the issue sorted. For anyone else coming across the same issue, these tend to be caused by outdated plugins/applications, or not updating other requirements alongside it. Always check your 3rd party items, and ensure you use the requirement checker, which can be found here https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/
  22. I have now moved that resource
  23. The above is correct. It may be worth looking in the marketplace for things like this, if its not something you are capable of yourself.
  24. Im not sure I understand the question there, as the answer is in what you quoted.
