  1. While I understand you got this from your ticket, we have decided to look into this further and decided it does indeed need to be addressed as its inconsistent with other areas. Note, you are telling our management team and head of our development department that they are incorrect here.

  5. This is from promoted content on your site. (when someone clicks the promote button at the top of the topic). You can manage these by clicking your name on the front end of your site, then clicking "Manage promoted items"
  6. We are unable to inform you where you keep your files without ACP access. If you are unsure you would need to ask your hosting company the question
  7. Please add any further information to your ticket also
  8. You need to check the directory you are looking at, as those folders do indeed exist. If they didnt, your site wouldnt be running

  18. You would need to contact your hosting company on this, as if PHP is printing out rather than executing, there is an issue with that PHP instance
  19. OK, it's the last part you are doing incorrectly there. Once you have uploaded, you want to go back to Site Features>Applications, where you will then see it available to install

  24. Are you referring to what needs to be removed from your conf_global or something else?
  25. You should not correct anything by using queries on the database. Please could you provide an example topic, and I can take a look for you?
