  1. Please set it up like that on your system, and leave the issue in place. I can then get a ticket created so we can take a look on your system. Im also unable to reproduce this
  2. Looking at what your community is showing at present, you would need to upgrade your site to the latest release of the platform, as you will not have all the latest items for cloud on there which enable it to run efficiently
  3. You can indeed. You would use your test license key, which is your main license key with -TESTINSTALL at the end.
  4. You would need to speak to your hosting company if you are unsure on how to correctly alter the cron job set up to point to the correct PHP version. This is something set up on your server
  5. It would need to be in a location whereby we can actively see this happening, and the example rules it is happening with. If you can replicate this with a simple example, on a fresh install with default themes other than the simple example set, we can certainly then get a bug report in for it.

  8. Unfortunately this being the case, the issue can only be the browser. The software itself is pushing out the data, as you have seen on edge
  9. I'm not sure which it is you dont get there. Is this a pages page? And if so do you have items on there which contain URLs? It may well not be, and you may be experiencing some issues which are fixed in the next upcoming release

  12. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  13. Sorry, Im a little confused as to your post here. You have said they only wrap if your window is not wide enough, which would indeed be correct behaviour. Could you clarify what you mean there, as I see it doesnt look right on your image, but not sure what you mean on that
  14. Ive created a ticket for this, so we can take a look at why this is happening. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  15. We do not provide old releases of the platform unfortunately. You would need to do the following Update your server to PHP 8 Ensure it meets requirements using the requirement checker Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade This really is the only option at this point, before we are able to provide further support.
  16. I have now managed to get on there and look into the issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing there that is leading me in the right direction, and you are very considerably behind in upgrades. In order for us to look into this further, you would need to upgrade the site and ensure you are running the latest release

  20. There has been no message from Jim relating to connection other than the one above stating he cannot connect. As mentioned, its not getting as far as the password. Also the length of the password is being saved. You see only 8 dots once saved for security reasons. Everyone sees that whether the password is 3 characters or 27 characters
