  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Thank you for the day off 😄
  3. While I understand what you are saying about cloudflare being in use for years, but the same could be said for the software. Things do update, and will break things unfortunately. You would need to disable cloudflare to test this first of all, as this may well be what is blocking some items
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. You would need to contact your hosting company on this issue. This is cause by compact row type being used. All tables need to use dynamic row type.
  6. Please let us know which block, then I can advise accordingly. If you added it with pages initially, then you would need pages to edit it. I would need to take a look to see exactly how the text has been added
  7. The above is correct. You need to ensure you can connect on https to remoteservices.invisionpower.com at all times
  8. While I understand your frustration, we are still investigating the problem here, as I mentioned in your response on another topic
  9. Do you have an example member I can take a look at?
  10. You would need to speak to your hosting company to ask that question. We would not be able to answer questions about your cpanel
  11. This would be for the plugin author to investigate. We would not be able to assist with 3rd party issues unfortunately
  12. Please have your hosting company check there isnt another task running PHP 7 also, as it looks like you may have.
  13. Glad to see you have what you needed, even if thats not stock. You are indeed correct that this is not possible in the core platform
  14. Please check this on a default unaltered theme, with all 3rd party items disabled. I suspect the issue there is likely to be with the ckeditor theme
  15. Glad to hear you sorted that issue, and have responded to the other topic
  16. You would create a constants.php file, then add this. You would not look for an existing constants.php file, as it doesnt already exist until you create it. Hope that makes more sense <?php define('RECOVERY_MODE',True);
  17. Once we have a resolution to the problem, you would have the fix 🙂
  18. Please could you provide me with an example username? I can then take a look
  19. You do indeed appear to be using an old version there. Please upgrade your site to the latest release of the platform and try again
  20. Ive also seen this happen a few times. Please could you confirm this resolves the problem?
  21. Please ensure 100% that you have nothing enabled 3rd party by running recovery mode shown here. Should that not work, please check your server error logs as mentioned above, and check what the error itself is showing I
  22. We have no doubt its happening, however unfortunately its actually an issue on those phones, as mentioned above.
  23. This lead to the ticket being tagged for developers 🙂 No solution as of yet unfortunately
