  1. No problem. Glad to hear this is now resolved.
  2. Please could you provide me with the full message they sent over to you?
  3. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  4. Have you actually tested on a default theme? Asking due to the last item there
  5. It could indeed, yes. Please disable that and test first and foremost
  6. Try disabling an application (any) and enabling it again. Then try again
  7. There would be no way in which to do this currently unfortunately. Please feel free to post up as a suggestion if you would like to see this change in the future
  8. Uploaded the missing badges 🙂
  9. Thank you for that. Hadnt had chance to get it set up my end yet 🙂 You need to set it up on facebook API Take a look here
  10. This has now been resolved. Please clear your browser cache if you are not seeing them still
  11. If you click on "My Preferences" just above the list on the right, you can set up your notification preferences there
  12. The most common cause of this is when there is a 3rd party application which is adding something, that has broken. Please disable all 3rd party applications first of all, and test this again. If you are then still having the same problem, please let us know and we can take a closer look for you.
  13. Sorry to hear you will miss the feature. This is because the application itself is now becoming more event orientated, rather than general calendar orientated. I did however notice your post here. So happy birthday
  14. You would ned to contact your hosting company on this issue. The issue is that your server cannot contact our license server. You need to ensure your server can contact remoteservices.invisionpower.com
  15. There is no way in which to do this at the present time. If you wish to see something like this in the future, you would need to add this as a suggestion.
  16. We may well not have it set up here. Please bear with me while I take a look It does seem that instagram is actually still having issues as that page is blank at present
  17. Ive created a ticket on this for you so we can see why it wasnt removed
  18. Please disable 2 factor authentication while we take a look at this
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. As mentioned above, the IPs are not static. You should be whitelisting the above mentioned address. Ideally, just *.invisionpower.com and *.invisioncommunity.com would ensure you dont have any issues in the future
  21. Instagram should indeed work no problem, however it seems instagrams login is broken at the moment, so cant actually test myself. I will come back to this later and confirm for you 🙂
  22. The last 30 days is what is available at present. If you wanted something above that, you would be best to implement something like google analytics
  23. There is no way in which to do this within the platform at the present time, as email is a unique reference for an account in some circumstances
