  1. Have you checked this with the author of that theme in the first instance?
  2. We are doing nothing more than updating a simple table there. While I understand what you are saying there, we dont actually run, maintain, nor configure your mysql instance. That is something done by your hosting company. As you have said yourself there, the table only has 77 records in it. Therefore if its taking a long time to insert, there is only really the mysql instance there that can be an issue
  3. Glad to hear you now have it working 🙂
  4. I have created a ticket for you on this.
  5. Should work to redis 6. Version 7 isnt yet supported by the PHPRedis extension
  6. Sorry to hear you found this confusing, and glad to hear you now have what you need
  7. Looking at your logs, this appears to have been an isolated occurance that hasnt been shown since nor beforehand. Please let us know if this happens again, and we can then take a look at that point
  8. Unfortunately, only your hosting company will be able to give you the answer to that question. As you have just ascertained yourself, there isnt much in there, and its not inserting much. So there isnt anything we can really amend our end to speed anything up.
  9. If you are looking to delete that level, you would delete the level entirely from the menu before that page.
  10. There is no way in which to do this within the software. You would need a developer to assist you with something like that really. Ensure if you do try anything, that you backup fully before you start
  11. Where is it you are seeing the error? Also, please update your login details on file
  12. Before we continue is this the only topic, or are there others that are also not unarchived? Also, could you provide a link to this?
  13. Yes, thats no problem, as long as you are aware it may be removed while debugging
  14. I have just tried to replicate this myself an dont seem to be seeing any issues, as with others here
  15. You would need to speak to the author of the language pack on this. It sounds like they have added something which is messing with the layout.
  16. We are aware of the issue there, and working on a fix for this currently
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. Please disable all browser plugins and then test this again. Im not actually seeing any issues on my end. If you have any ad block ones specifically, I suspect they would block them
  19. Yeah, thats why I was letting you know 🙂
  20. You are stating this is not an issue, however Matt has confirmed we now believe this is. Matt head up our development
  21. This has been amended for you
  22. Ah, I do see what you mean now 🙂
  23. There isnt a need to reset the language for guest users, and guest users language is always the default.
  24. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  25. Im a little confused as to what you mean here, as thats exactly what the feature does. Im not sure why you would want to. You would simply delete if you dont want to use them. Knowing the reasons you are doing this may be helpful for us to determine the issues. Very sorry to hear you feel that way, however I would say adding practical and actionable feedback is more constructive than labelling items as feeble. Its still not clear here what you cannot do, as Im not actually sure your assumptions above are correct.
