  1. They are going in system logs, rather than error logs. Not sure if you can catch those as they are validation rather than an error
  2. My apologies, I thought you had disabled it because of compatibility. If its compatible, and causing you errors, you would need to report that to the author
  3. Not necessarily. It was probably a valid link, however that item would no longer work with the current release.
  4. Please could you remove the birthdays widget altogether and test that again?
  5. Good call, yes. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. These seem to be 2 different issues here. The OP was reporting it was switched on, and shouldnt have been. Whereas thats an issue when it is on. I will take a look at that and report back shortly.
  7. Glad you found the issue, and of course check that on your next upgrade. If it switches again, let us know
  8. I havent seen any other reports of this. Are you saying that should have been selected, or it seems to have switched on upgrade?
  9. Members can only edit up to 60 minutes, as per the settings on your member group (content tab). If its happening with admin, I need a specific post, and specific admin to look at
  10. I would need to know what you are trying to edit, and also which user you are logged in as
  11. You mention this, but havent mentioned what you are trying to edit. The message however would indicate you have a time limit on editing set on your usergroup
  12. A ticket has been created for this
  13. The first thing you should do there is to contact your hosting company if your site has suddenly started to slow down. I notice you havent yet upgraded to the latest release, but the reality is, if it was fine before and you havent done anything do it, then it can only really be your hosting company. Also, I would ask, is this actual slowness, or a number? We often find people chasing numbers on sites such as these, when there are actually no real world problems.
  14. Before we look, have you checked to ensure you have all 'moderator' privledges? Anything front end is moderator, not admin.
  15. I would need to know who the user is, in order to take a look and advise further. If the invoice is not present at all, then that is a separate issue
  16. Unfortunately, we do not provide upgrade services. While we can direct you in how to upgrade, we are unable to do this on your behalf. To explain. Upgrading is a case of selecting the upgrade button within your admin CP, however as you are on a version prior to 4.7, it would likely involve ensuring you are on PHP 8, and ensuring that any 3rd party items you have are compatible. Those are items you would need your hosting company for, and would need to update 3rd party items for. Even if we were to do the upgrade, those items would still need to occur If you are having issues on your hosting side of things on running your site, you may actually be better off on our cloud solution.
  17. You would need to submit, from your client area, a message to our accounts team that you wish to change your domain back to our defaults.
  18. If you edit the product, you should see this on the custom email tab
  19. Who is it you are logged in as?
  20. Did you manage to get this resolved? a 500 error is very generic. Your issue is very unlikely to be the same issue as here
  21. I believe you may have missed the very bottom line in that message also, which states it will not go away on its own and you need to dismiss it 🙂
  22. Just to note, its always worth checking "Outdated" once you upgrade. Changes to language strings in the software can cause issues such as these
  23. You should push to production. You have already tested, so the scopes you have already are correct
  24. Glad to hear you have your site back to where it needs to be. Of course when using an alternative service (or indeed doing any extremely large action), its always good to make a backup just before you start
  25. This is a very nice offer 🙂
