We would indeed tend to do this, however there are occasions where there is a fix involved, which would simply be added to the software for a future release, and requires development to intervene to resolve an issue. Where It's a widespread issue, we would of course then patch which negates the need there.

  3. There are no presentation solutions that suit your specific preference. As mentioned, we certainly have plans for improvement on that area, however I would say, we have a fully functional trial of all products before you purchase any application on the platform,

  11. If you want this in the immediate term, then opentype probably has your best solutions there. As already mentioned, we do have plans for the pages application, but its not something you are going to see quickly
  12. Thats a great work around, Nathan. Cheers Thinking of it that way, you would potentially use the "Add message" feature to do this also
  13. Its working as intended at present. If you would like to see them excluded from there also, please feel free to post that up as a suggestion
  14. If the file is missing completely, it would only be able to be fixed by returning that file. If the file is present but your file system is presenting a 0 byte file then it would be a hosting issue. If you can update your access details on file, we can take a look and advise further.

  16. It actually looks like your custom database templates are an issue there. Have you tested this on default templates? With regard support, this is tech support 🙂
  17. This was the conclusion I was coming to. Did you test on another browser to confirm that at all?
  18. As mentioned above, its really not. The upgrader does not delete files in any way.
  19. There is no way in which to do this en-masse at present unfortunately. There are some bounce management tools on the 3rd party marketplace I have seen, or alternatively we do have bounce management coming to our cloud offering.

  24. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
