  1. OK, we have some confusion here. If you purchased it, then it will have your name on it (as well as the company name). We can change the company name for you no problem. So the license itself is yours. So therefore its your responsibility there to ensure your license details and anything you download is secure. The previous test installation therefore needs to be removed from the server before you can reset it. So you should be contacting the owner of the server you installed it on to have it removed.
  2. Yes, the license is owned by the person who purchased that license, so you should be purchasing a new license for the site if you are a new owner.
  3. I feel you misunderstood what I said there. There is no question whatsoever in believing what happened. it's the reason for it happening I dont believe to be the cause.

  6. Im a little confused as to what you mean by previous owners there, as licenses are not transferable. It is for yourself to keep your license and software secure. It can be reset, but not until its removed completely from the old location
  7. Thats an issue with incoming mail settings on commerce support system. So you would need to address that

  9. If the mail is deleted entirely from bulkmail, there isnt anything sending at present (quite simply, there isnt anything there to send). I suspect what you are seeing is whatever is left still going through. Are you seeing anything showing in your email error logs, or system logs?

  11. I don't believe in any way that a users group could be moved as a result of what was happening with cloud there. However, I have created a ticket for you here, so we can look closer at this for you.
  12. Indeed there isnt really anything to do there. If there are bots that are harming your site for some reason, such as hammering your site and causing server issues, then of course we could take a look at that. Although to be honest, cloud would simply take care of that kind of thing anyway. But yes, its normal to end up with bots floating around your site :)
  13. You would need to contact the owner of that server and ask that they remove the software that you are licensing. There is no other way around that unfortunately
  14. We are aware of the speed issues on our site. I appreciate what you are saying there, but that being the case, the same could be said for anything else causing the problem

  18. There is no built in way in which to do this at present. You would need modification to achieve this. Please feel free to post up within our feedback section if you would like to see changes in this area
  19. Could you please clarify what you mean when you say "It does nothing"?
  20. Ok so if you type "Cron" into the search bar in your admin CP, you will be see the option to switch how your tasks are run. You need to switch to cron, and the cron command you are adding on your server is shown on that page
  21. Sorry, there appears to be some confusion here. You are talking about both moving, and unarchiving. These are not the same thing. If you are looking to unarchive completely, can I confirm you have done the following, as mentioned above? Deselected the archiving to switch it off in your admin CP Once deselected, chosen the option to unarchive all Set up a cron job on your server to manage background tasks
  22. Ah, sorry I see what you are trying to do now. We are unable to provide instructions on how to backup a table and restore to another location. If you are unsure how to backup and restore tables, you would need to contact your hosting company to assist you with this.
