  1. We actually have a ticket open at present with a similar issue. Twitter appear to have changed their interface, so its very likely this is going to be something we need to work on. I have flagged this topic for follow up, so will let you know the result
  2. They are, however Im a little confused. You mention this happened when watermarking was added, however watermarking is not currently switched on. Have you since switched this off?
  3. Please could you check your admin access there? It seems to be incorrect at present
  4. I would need a link to the topic, and the name of a user who you believe shouldnt be able to see this
  5. Fully understood, and Im sure we will have a fix available for this soon
  6. This is certainly not the case there. I appreciate you still have an issue, however you have responded to say you repurchased and still have an issue 4 hours ago. My colleagues in billing will get to this as soon as possible.
  7. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. I have to admit to being extremely confused by your topic here. Looking at your topics, you appear to have had only 1 topic in our support area here prior to this one, which was responded to in just under 2.5 hours. I do see there is a ticket present where there is an issue with your purchase of the product, which has been looked at by my colleague, and you mentioned there was 10 days. However that topic was started on 19th. It was responded to on the 20th and unfortunately has taken a few days for this to be looked into. It has not however been 10 days there, and had to be forwarded to another department for investigation.
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Yes, if you can please update all access details on file, and then let us know
  11. It would depend upon the feed itself. If the feed has a timezone 5 hours away from yours, it would indeed adjust. There is no way in which to change that. I would need an example in order to advise further
  12. Have you perhaps switched off the ability for that user to actually see profiles at a module level? You would be unable to see settings that dont apply to a group, and that would be the case if there is no over all permissions.
  13. This isnt something we are able to hotfix, as there isnt actually a fix yet available. Its been added to our bug tracker, but hasnt, as of yet, been resolved Just to add to this, if you keep your aye on this topic you will see the prefix change to "In future release" when its actually been resolved
  14. It will also show to some people, regardless. For example moderators will see this. We would need examples in which to take a look at, in order to advise further
  15. I have added that to our list of items to update for you. What is it you are having issues with?
  16. You need to then speak to your hosting company. Unless your PHP is using suPHP or suExec, it would generally need to be 777. Either way however, your hosting company would need to assist you with resolving the problem, as the issue is it cannot read to your datastore folder
  17. There is no way in which to manually alter someones timezone. This is automatically done on the 4.x system. They would need to check on their own system for where the issue is there, as it can only really show incorrectly if the users system is incorrect
  18. Please do let us know if you require any further assistance
  19. It may be they have not yet finished rebuilding. If you can provide access on file, we can certainly take a look for you and see what is happening
  20. Try increasing your memory limit. It may well be that the server is hitting that when its processing the GIF image
  21. Please could you provide me with the ID of that member? We can then take a look for you.
  22. As these are actually valid characters, there is no way in which to prevent this in the software itself, at present. There are modifications people have created for this, as mentioned above.
  23. I have marked this for one of our developers to take a look at for you. So someone will be in contact once they have had chance to look at this
  24. output cache will indeed cache the site as a whole. This said however, background tasks arent running on your site, as stated by the banner there. You need to address that, as it may be that items are not being correctly cleared. You may need to switch to cron to run these, which would be our recommendation Having a limitation on mysql is very much only done on cheap hosting though. To be honest, you should find hosting where mysql is not limited in that manner. 8gb is not a large size for databases on sites these days. Have you considered a cloud hosted environment, then you dont need to think about your hosting at all?
  25. This is because your globalTemplate is out of date, and not compatible with the latest release. So something was edited on that template. You would need to revert that template to correct the issue
