I think this has something to do with it..
But for now I have loads of users who have been blocked out. How do I clear everyone from this mail bounce plug in to give them a fresh start?
    Thank you 🙂

As always, you're more than welcome to submit a support ticket on my site for assistance.
@SJ77 I would recommend submitting a ticket with access information so I can look at that, in all likely hood the provider you're using has been temporarily blacklisted with Gmail/Microsoft (this tends to happen fairly often with SendGrid when using their shared IPs).
The 4.5 version should be approved available sometime this week.

the reported recent gmail problems seems to be causing the app to block members accounts with gmail addresses
any other way to manually unblock ?

You can do that by removing the permission from the specific group in the category.

The path to this setting is in the Community tab, second tab from top to bottom. Forums > Settings > Default topic list view
By the way, thank you. The performance of the forum was horrible, until I disabled it.

In order to troubleshoot high mysql load I would usually start by running the mysql query "SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST" to see if any/which queries have been running for a very long time.
Without more information it's very difficult to know, but you could test this if you have a very big community that uses reactions and are on version 4.5: disable the new topic list view. I reported a performance issue with this new view yesterday.
You find it in the general forum settings. Deselect the setting "Members can choose" beneath the setting "Default topic list view", make sure you have selected the Condensed topic list View.
Using ACP search to find it: I was unable to search directly for the setting in the admin cp search, but you can search for "view" and then click "[Forums] Default forum view" in the result, it will take you to the same page (but the selected setting is not what you'll change)

Could I probably get ACP access to take a look at this. Pagination is working fine for me.

I have also identified the other issue, which is caused by embeds from deleted topics, which I've fixed now. I'm just waiting for the ACP access to take a look at the pagination issue to see if it's really a bug which needs to be fixed or if it's something else on your community.

The administrator would have to delete the purchase. Users cannot do that on their own, no.

SJ77 reacted to opentype in Can't Download Files w/ Cloud Subscription?
To add a little more context: The Marketplace downloads have been a big mess in the past. Behind the download button, there could be anything and any number of files. TAR, XML, PDFs, ZIPs (which could again include anything) of one resource version or even multiple resource versions. That was rather confusing for the users, since they had to figure out on a case-by-case basis what to do with the downloaded files and often it would lead to problems like trying to install a template as plugin, plugin as app and so on. The new system forces any resource to be a single file of a specific type. That’s a huge step forward and is the only way to allow the (now possible) one-click installations which benefit a large percentage of the users.
Additional resources now need to be provided in a different way, but it is still possible. Check with the author of the file how to get those if it isn’t mentioned on the product page or the Additional Information tab. There is no need to keep full downloads just for the 1% of resources which had additional files in the package.

Before I buy this I just want to make sure this is valid & works fine on account points, subscriptions payments and direct payments on products through a store I've setup on my website. Can anyone please confirm it?

    Thanks!

It would be really nice to note somewhere when a patch is released, even if it's a sort of opt-in thing, buried twenty levels deep, as to continue giving the impression that everything is fine in the "oops" hours following a new release.

Otherwise, you're left with one of two choices:
Unnecessarily clearing cache to see if a new patch has been released, which for a large community may have the impact of undoing mechanisms for caching resources that don't need to be uncached, slowing down stuff, and increasing bandwidth. Going crazy when something that does affect you doesn't work, trying to determine what's happened, eventually getting to the point where you clear cache, and then seeing that there was a patched release some unknown time ago that may have rendered the past hour of running about with your hair on fire unnecessary. I'd subscribe to a mailing list (or forum here) that featured alerts like "for those of you using Stripe and Commerce, a patch was released today that addresses edge case scenarios where payment is made in Reptilian Kettles, but your Stripe account is set to Grecian Germaniums as the default currency, and the transaction amount is between 46 and 47 parsecs, adjusted for inflation. If this applies to you, run the support tool or download an updated package from the client area." Maybe this applies to two IPS clients, but when it impacts them, it's really an issue for them. I think @SJ77 deals entirely in Reptilian Kettles.
Even having an option to check for new patches without clearing cache would be a welcome addition.
