Upgrade is perfectly fine, no major upgrade steps were needed.
I've saved this for a future version and will look into it further next time the Auto Welcome is updated. I know this has been suggested quite a few times for the other alerts as well. I don't have an ETA but it probably wouldn't be in the short term. It's not a quick feature I can put together in a few mins.

If it does come up again, let me know and will do some troubleshooting on that license message and see what could be triggering it.

No. It's just like the rss forum import. The data is copied across but not synced with the source rss feed.
A sync between import and Youtube would probably be best suited to a proper API import. Ideally if Youtube has an API for recently modified videos. But I would need to see some substantial interest/support for this before committing to it.

I don't have a subscription to the Gallery app but if you can provide acp access to a site with both the gallery and portal installed. I may be able to see what's wrong on the Portal's end. Even better would be ftp access to look through potential source code issues.

Yes, will make this a priority as IPB 4.3 will likely break a lot of my admin hook points. Should have something within 1-2 weeks.

Yeah it seems there is still ways to get a feed through that method. Will see how that goes and if I need to, I can just expand the import code to support the Youtube API itself.

Yep should be good to upgrade as is. But there are a few new minor bugs reported that exist in both 4.2 and 4.3 that will be fixed in an upcoming version.

I've only done preliminary testing but yes you should be okay to upgrade. I am coming out with Forms v1.3 soon as well, which will confirm compatibility and add a few new features.
