The Donations feature that is part of Commerce, when someone makes a donation, does the amount raised automatically adjust to reflect each donation made? I currently use the FREE Donation Sidebar from Michael J., and with this one, when someone makes a donation, I have to manually go into the backend and enter the amount. Thanks to anyone that can answer this question.

So I have met all the qualifications and approvals by Google Adsense, and have my ads.txt in the root of my domain, and I copy pasted the code supplied by Adsense into the head tags of my "globalTemplate" file, thanks for all your help with that @David N. I have read the Adsense help topics and it seems pretty convoluted for my simple mind and I am struggling with placing the actual AD code into a location on my website to display the Ad. Just wondered if there's an issue with the current version of Safari and the sites? On my site, from time to time, on Safari on my Macbook the page locks up and then I get a message about the page taking too long to load and I have to reload the page. It happens mainly when I put up any pics. It's not a major issue, just a niggle. Wondered if it's just my end or it's something that has been happening to others?

Here's a silly question that I'm trying to find the answer to, but seem to be coming up short. I'm revamping my Google Adsense and I get crawler errors from time to time. Usually, it's when they're trying to access stuff from behind a login account. The ads I'm getting don't seem to be all that targeted. So I'm thinking maybe they're just serving generic ads because they can't read the content? I'm wondering if I have to do something about adding permissions for these crawlers. I have a member group called BOTS. Is that a default group that IPBoard created for google bots and the like? Am I supposed to create accounts for them? I moved over to IP Board from PHPBB…

One or two of my community members have reported that they cannot access the multi quote and quote buttons at the bottom of a content post (Pages record comment, topic post). I’m talking about this (circled): I checked the user’s group and the group’s settings and permissions and nothing seems out of place. Other members in the same usergroup can see and use the buttons no problem. And I haven’t touched the theme templates for this area of the community so it can’t be a theme issue. I can share the user ID having the issue if needed for troubleshooting further, but I’m just wondering if there is some esoteric setting or function that has somehow been activ…

We are heavily using the "Voting System" for the Questions & Answers forum mode to vote on user-submitted guides (see example attachment) for my community. Does Invision Community 5 have a way to do this? Or is there a way to rate topics, sort by topic rating, and such? Or is there an Invision Community module (either already in 4 that's going to stay in 5) that I'm overlooking that already supports posting items that can be rated and sorted by ratings like this? Our "using the questions mode" has always felt a "bit hackey" since the non-questions mode never supported upvoting (we don't want downvotes) topics like this, but we have about 250 user-submitted…

Hey! I'm getting scam accounts that make upto 147 topics/posts in around 10 minutes which is quite ridicolous (they usually tend to make around 20~, 147 is the current record). I have used the "Flood control" setting to prevent so many posts in a certain timeframe, but, it would be wonderful if there was a setting to apply moderation if a certain number of posts are made within a given timeframe rather than this. Is there one? I can't seem to find it. I understand it may cause false positives, but whoever is creating 10 times in 1 minute probably needs a break/checkup too.

Hi, I need to delete a huge number of spam accounts. At our old website, they were contained with some unique measures. But I now have to deal with them at IPS. I intend to delete all zero-post accounts older than six months. But before I do this, I wish to double-check my settings. I am new to IPS - I need to be sure of not messing this up!
