I have been messing with the layout of the theme that i am using, and suddentlyi notice the "Unread Cotnent" feed (i usually just use the activity feed). Is there a way to "mark all read" in the unread content feed? I don't see it anywhere on that page (just a "load more" link)

My IPB site was still using suPHP, but was using Opcache. This will cause SIGNIFICANT system load on a busy site, as due to the nature of suPHP as a PHP handler, it does not work well with Opcache. This resulted in system load going to 20+. So, what I've done is switched my IPB site over to PHP-FPM to support Opaching as well. Now server load is sitting at about 0.24 as well. Is it ok to keep the site community.permaethos.com on the PHP-FPM handler? It is keeping server load VERY low.

I love that I can invite members to a club and choose to wave the membership fee. What I would really like is to also have the ability to wave the renewals. Some people I am adding to clubs have already purchased a lifetime access to the club. When I wave membership fee and invite them, they are being asked to set up a payment for renewals (I am assuming this is the case, that or they are just being asked to set up payment information to something they don't need to pay for). Is there a way to "add member" instead of "invite member" which would bypass the payment information request?

How does it work if I have created on my test IPS forum the same usergroups as there are in my vBulletin forum, for example Group A, Group B, Group C, Group E. Can I assign a relation from my vBulletin usergroups to the new IPS one during the conversion process? It makes things easier if I can set all permissions before the conversion. Is it possible to do the conversion in parts, means import first all members. Later the forums etc? This would give me more time to assign subscriptions to the members etc. Thanks.

Is there an easy way to find and remove old phrases? When I select "Out of Date" in the language options, I get this: Obviously this is of no help. Also, for some weird reasons, I see phrases here and there that I have translated in the past (since the translation is still there), but that have no English text anymore. I assume those are "out-of-date"-phrases, too? Translations really need some love! I'd love to filter by apps/plugins (not only selecting the sort order). I'd love to see updated phrases with one click. I'd love to see less placeholders ("%s") in phrases, since it is really hard to translate properly when it comes to languages other than…

How are people managing all the "Shops" in their community? This seems very confusing for members. I have "Members Shop", "Commerce", and "Classifieds System". Commerce because I have to for memberships, advertising, etc etc Members Shop by @TheJackal84 for the point system. Still trying to figure out how the shop works on this one. Classifieds System by @InvisionHQ so that members can barter with each other. Does anybody else run these three together? If so, how are you keeping your members from being so confused?

Hi. I'm having problems uploading big files on my community. below 1 GB is fine but as soon as it's above 1 GB I get this error "There was a problem processing the uploaded file. Please contact us for assistance." The upload goes all the way to 100% and then it loads for a couple of minutes and then throws the error. I have WAMP installed and up and running no problem. I've copied the IPB files across, made the database and user via phpMyAdmin, but when I access my localhost (not 127.0.0.1) install I get the following error: Access denied for user 'XXXX'@'localhost' (using password: NO) No matter whether or not I use a password, or use "root" or a custom name, I get "Access denied." I even tried copying across a conf_global.php from my online site (changing values where necessary), but nothing seems to work. I've double-checked privileges, DB username and password. Hi, I'm having trouble figuring out how to customize the Member Profile pages. My main question is about changing where different sections appear on the page. Eg right now by default, "Community Reputation" and "Followers" appears on the top of a thin column on the left with additional "Personal Info" below it, while "Activity" and "About Me" tabs are wider on the right. How can I remove "Community Reputation" and "Followers" completely, or at least move them lower on the page? Good day and my apologies if I am posting this question in the wrong forum. Prior to upgrading to 4.3, I was using this code in our theme's custom.css to make the profile cover image transparent. #elProfileHeader{ background-color: transparent;} } Since the upgrade, it has stopped working. I contacted the theme's developer and they thought the issue was a missing end brace. I added that, still no luck.
