hello, I was sure I saw a Marketplace app somewhere which allows you to change the background for just the header area, i.e. the space in the default theme where you have the logo, Create menu, notifications, messages, user menu etc. Does this ring a bell with anyone? For the life of me I haven't been able to find it in my searches.

hello All, i am a noob and am wondering on how to accomplish removing some text from my forum , i recently deleted a forum on our site and the title "Forum" still shows on the page, now i don't know if this solution will require code removal , if so i guess the question would be where do i isolate the code to remove the text? then again i don't really know.... the attached image shows the text and a black bar behind it , i just want to get rid of the text Regards. On the menu bar by default was a link to support - when I try to press this I get the following error message Sorry, there is a problem The area you are attempting to access is currently offline. I noticed a setting I have not seen before for Data Storage Method and using Redis. Has anyone tried this? The note mentiones that the storage method is used by various systems to save arbitrary data. What data is that exactly and will it be served faster using Redis rather than MySQL...

Hi, is there a possibility to add menu tab for one subforum so that this tab is active while viewing this specific subforum? I have added a new menu item for subforum as External Link, but when I click on it the menu item "Forum" is as shown active instead. This is a bit confusing. When I click on menu item I expect to have this menu item to be active and not another one. Is there any workaround for tihs? Thanks

Hi all! Question about permissions for Pages Database Categories. Is it possible to change the permissions of a single category to be different than the rest of the database? for example, if I have a database to which all users can submit content to, can I then have an "Archived" category in it hat cannot be posted to? If not, can you transfer records between databases? Thanks! Disregard, found the option as a per-category setting. Seems odd, but ok!

We would like to upgrade a very large project to 4.X At the same time we would change to https. My question is: when should I change http to https? As I have understood "Serve images from local server" would require to rebuild the content. The content will be also rebuilt after upgrade. Can I combine the both "rebuilding" to avoid rebuilding running twice? Rebuilt tooks some weeks on our server. And when it is better to change to https? Before upgrade, during upgrade (what step?) or after upgrade?

I had emailed prior to purchasing asking if the software would be able to detect PayPal disputes/chargebacks and I was told it could. Although 2 months into running my site I've noticed that it is not detecting it in any way. I would like to set up a system where it bans the users if they chargeback, how do I go about doing this?

Hello I have a user who is part of a group with over 30 accounts. I want to allow all users to edit their content EXCEPT one user. I couldn't find a setting to prohibit one user account from editing their own posts. Is there a way to prohibit one specific user from editing their posts? If not, my assumption is this can only be done as a group setting and I could create a new group with that restriction and assign the user to that group. I didn't want to do this as other users may realize that one account is separate. Is it possible to create another group with this restriction and assign it as a secondary group? Hi, If I create a stock action, how do I link existing & custom fields inside the body of the reply? Ie: I have a custom field called "First Name" I would like to have my stock action be something like. Hi Ben, bla bla bla..... I tried $First_Name and this isnt working.

Hi together, after updating the IPS from 3.4 to 4.3.6 and migration to a new server, the content count doesn’t work anymore. For a better explanation see pictures below —> Member has Lana1 After 1 Post the content count shows still 0. I found out that the function “increase content count” was inactive, but after activating for each forum the problem was not solved. I use the conten count for group promotion rules to move users automatically tho a new member group. Someone a idea what is going wrong. Four each support thanks in advance.

Anyone know how a plugin thatll allow me to group all my renewal terms together with the option to create a Lifetime License for those who prefer to have a Product License rather than a subscription? i currently list 3 separate products in a single category for 1 actual product instead of them being grouped together as a single product with different terms because I cannot allow the option of a 1 time fee with the options of renewal for a single product. I want this but with the ability to add a No Renewal 1 time payment option.
