Hi everyone, I submitted a support ticket, but I do not expect to get an answer any time soon due to holidays and the timezone difference (ID: 920659). Bord url: www."domain".com/community Version: IPB4, latest as of writing Using CloudFlare Whenever I get to the point in the installations where it create the database etc, it just redirects to the root url, www.domain.com. Looking through the requests, it looks like it is making a http request which is being redirected which gives a 302 status. I have tried removing htaccess files which potentially could cause this issue. I tried enabling developer mode on Cloudflare, and combining it with removing the .htaccess file.…

I want to make a very small piece of css about the site of the submit topic button, that has an icon,color,text. <--- pretty easy. But i also want to tie it to a number value. The css should change depending on the number value. So if value is between a and b show code 1 - If value is between b and c show code 2 etc. With an option for clicking a button on it, or within a thread to increase the number value. And then have it reset daily. ^^ The reason for this would be to create a kind of alert system based on the collective emotion of my forum members, So if i made the button on topic to a genre, for example end of the world genre. I want to add a menu item that links to an external site. I've seen several tutorial but they all appear very old and don't work with the current version. There has got to be an easier way to do this, than paying 40 for the Pro Menu mod. Thanks

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here I just installed 4.0.9.2 then reactivated my Pages license and uploaded the 'cms' folder to Applications on the server Now when I look at the Applications section in the ACP I just see this: Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

When you click the title of a thread, with posts in it, it always brings you to the first post on the first page of the thread. Should it not bring you to the first unread post? I'm sure in did it IPB 3.x.x

Can anybody tell me how to set up Commerce for simple donations to the site? I want to do a simple "Donate $5 and get privileged member status for 30 days and then automatically go back to a normal Member after the 30 days. I had this set up previously with Donation Tracker from DevFuse, but I am hoping that I can do it myself this time easily, but don't know anything about setting up the Commerce application Thanks for any help in advance

I was editing the group icon to the admin group, once i clicked save the group completely disappeared from the group list and all members in the admin group have been moved to guests. Now when i try to access members on the ACP i receive this error.

When you post on mobile/tablet, and you return to the screen after posting, you have to pinch the screen to bring it back to correct size. See the two images - 1 after posting and the other after pinching the screen to correct it. Any way to solve this?

Hello, I have a big problem with the downloads application. Any file I upload, if it is bigger than ~ 7,5 / 8,5 Mo, it is corrupted. If it is a .mp3, the file is cuted. If it is a .zip, the containt is corrupted. If it is a .pdf, the file is corrupted too... It is not a problem of file size limitation.

I'd like to create a sub forum for new users to ask advanced users questions. If possible I'd like the setup to be: OP asks question (any group) and veteran group can answer. This on it's own is possible. But if the new user isn't in the veteran group (or regular users for that matter) they won't be able to reply. Can I setup a sub forum so that any group can ask a question, only Y group can answer + the OP?

I am having issues with our gallery page not displaying images in a responsive manner. I have been playing with the site percentages width and not having much luck. The gallery images do align nicely with 75 percent width, but once I get over 75 percent then the images do not align correctly or responsively. You can see our gallery at http://thepatriotwoodworker.com/beta/gallery/ It is currently set to 80 percent. Or perhaps it is on my desktop only? Perhaps the fine folks here may see something different? Thanks for reviewing this with me.

Now we have our 4.0 beta site up and running, we love it. We just need to iron out a few kinks, and one of them is the file downloads seemed to be broken. I have ran the support function and upgraded to the latest 4.0.9 version, I have rebuilt all, and the files are still broken, they are on our server, but they can not be downloaded. For example, if you go to http://thepatriotwoodworker.com/beta/files/file/19-how-to-build-a-lawn-chair/ and try to download you'll see the error we are seeing.
