We've just upgraded to the latest version of IPS, and we're getting a bug that didn't exist before the upgrade. Certain clubs are giving me an OutOfRangeException when I access them, with one leading to this error being shown at the top of the club topic: And another leading to the topic being completely inaccessible. We've tried viewing the topics on every theme including the default one and gotten the same errors. Hello, our community used a LOT of BBCode to facilitate the organization of a lot of information. It's quite honestly around 1/3 of our content. After the migration, "[TABLE]", "[TR]", and "[TH]" codes no longer work. I've enabled BBCode Parsing in the ACP, there are no more background processes. The conversion is fully complete from my understanding. This is critical to recover for our community. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. v/r

Hi, I have a category of Downloads which is just a category with several sub-categories containing various files. The sidebar widget shows them correctly, but when I navigate to the parent category, it says "No files in this category yet." I noticed it does this here in the Marketplace for example in Themes, but not on my own site? Many thanks!

Various community articles (such as this one) seem to suggest that the Square Pay platform is supported by the IPS Commerce app, and say that you add new payment method, and select "Square Up Payment Gateway", but that option does not appear in my "Payment Methods" screen. Is this just another example of the IPS Help articles being woefully out of date, or...what? Can someone please point me to the correct instructions for integrating Square Pay?

Customer upgraded their subscription from a monthly to yearly, but the expiration date is still showing for the monthly. Are they going to get charged again when the expire date is reached? Is having it set to "Difference between the renewal prices pro rata." for upgrades/downgrades the reason? ver 4.7.4 Thanks

Hi To reproduce, have any file in downloads approved and available for download. Then upload a new version. Use a large enough file that you should be seeing the progress bar. Now notice that the progress bar doesn't work. My testing was done without any 3rd party apps, plugins or themes on version 4.7.7

Suddenly receiving a 500 error on one site after a server IP address change. Production site only, Dev site is fine... I can get into the Admin CP, but the site itself will not load. I have disabled all applications and plugins, and switched to default theme. Same issue. At a loss of what issue is considering dev site (on same server) is fine. Suggestions? Hello, I just got notified by someone on my site's Discord server that my site was down, they were waiting for it to come back online, and wanted to know when it was coming back. I told them that there was no planned downtime. So I go onto the site, and find "Licence Key Invalid", and that there was a problem with my licence key and I needed to check it. It also told me that my community was offline and I noticed all my plugins and applications were completely disabled as well. The nearest I can tell that it went down was sometime between 12:40 and 12:43 BST, today. Problem with that: My licence key is valid. I'm not sure why it said that it wasn't. I also don't…

Is it possible to allow users only to include the city and state in the location field? We use it for our car registry and would prefer people not to post their precise address. I think there used to be plugins that did that, but none that I have seen are supported. Thank you, Steve

I am just now getting some traffic to my site, but it is from pages that I have created and submitted the URL to Google Search Console. I've gone from practically no search engine presence to approximately 3,000 impressions a day in about a month. Again, all from manual submissions to the search console, but perhaps the sitemap has helped as well. However, most of the forum pages that I check through Google Search Console, they all show up as Discovered - Currently Not Indexed or just not found. I can submit them, but they are never indexed. I thought it was because the content may still be thin, but I can literally create a new page with thin content, submit that URL…

Hello, We found that alternative contacts are being abused, at least with use of PayPal. Scenario, Buyer A assigns alternative contact to his account to manage a product. Renewals of the product are being paid by alternative contact. Continues to use subscription based product until decides to get his money back. Opens charge-back in PayPal and at the moment such junk buyer is won because payer details do not match customer details on our end/customer card/acp. PayPal resolves such in favor of such junk buyer already second time where all other disputes filled on buyer's name are won by us. Any way to disable alternative contacts now?

Hi everybody, Can you help me for this ? I don't understand how can I change template for a Sub-catagory database. In the template "Listing" I see {{foreach $category->children() as $cat}} {template="categoryRow" group="category_index" location="database" app="cms" params="$cat"} {{endforeach}} Then, the template "Category" is the same for "Sub-Category" ?
