Hi I am wondering if anyone knows how to completely remove the remember me feature to save a person from logging in everytime. I have custom access that only fires/triggers upon login which means if someone stops paying for use in my forum, their access will be removed but only upon logging in again, therefore I need disable allowing them to "remember me" Any insight would be appreciated.

V4.1.19 I've recently had installed V4.1.19 and also the useful add-on which displays users real names against all their posts. But I've now lost the registration requirement for people to supply their real names. This was useful in detecting spammers, and longer term to have newer members' real names included against all their posts. Is there any way to re-instate this? Thanks in advance

Hi, Just wondering if anyone using an iPad is experiencing problems with the text editor, specifically in that when you select a range of text or select all, then click on the font size option, it immediately deselects the select text, so it has no effect when you change the font size? It happens here as well as my own sites, but the other options like font color, bold etc work fine. I have an iPad 3 using iOS 9.3.5 and Safari. Going to try it using Chrome. Update: Same problem confirmed using Chrome on iPad, it immediately deselects the text and changing the font size has no effect.

Can anyone shed any light on this error I keep getting. I was updating my test forum when I got a blank screen. I am now no longer able to install a fresh or upgrade my forum at all without seeing this error. All the files are there. I have tried on a different server and it worked fine. However as its a test forum, there is no support and I can only host it on the one site. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello, After upgrading to 4.1.19. When moving topics I can choose to stay in the topic that I am moving or stay in the forum I am moving the topic from. No matter what I choose I land in the forum I am moving the topic from. I moved 5 topics and that happened every time. Anyone else experience the same?

I am getting this error while upgrading to 4.1.19 and cannot complete the upgrade: 1072: Key column 'field_' doesn't exist in table /home/fmsite/public_html/applications/downloads/setup/upg_101088/upgrade.php::46 any ideas? I also opened a ticket on this but in case that anyone had this issue... My community is broken right now cheers

Hi, I'm trying to move the Product Information and Product Reviews from the bottom to right below the product images as per the screen shot. Hello ! How do you prevent spammers from creating an account on your board ? Since yesterday, I'm having many accounts being created with domain names such as d.gsasearchengineranker.xyz or c.travel-e-store.com. It was possible in the past to prevent an account creation by adding the domain name to a forbidden words list. Is it still possible today ? Thank you !

I've had this issue for years - I've tried rebuilding the search index several times, plus IPB often does this as a background process when a new version is out but it does not fix the issue. My problem is I can't search for the word looking. I've checked in SQL & there's tonnes of results: SELECT * FROM `ibf_forums_topics` where title like '%looking%' returns 275 threads SELECT * FROM `ibf_forums_posts` where post like '%looking%' returns about 17k results. Is there any setting I may be missing which might be restricting certain words from being searched?

This is probably a stupid question however, I am stumped! I have upgraded my forum to the latest version and within the ACP I have Chat enabled but how do I access it? I have checked I have permission to enter the module but how do I get it to appear? The same question to who is online plugin, it is all installed but how do I view it on the front end?

Hello, I am using Nexus right now and overall it is very great and saves a lot of time. However I noticed something strange: Some customers are rejected by Invisionpower with a red message box stating that there payment got declined. Another chinese customer which I dont really understand (thanks language barrier) complains about having to do some sort of verification. Is one of the above caused by IPS itself or is it all on PayPals side? I have no anti fraud rules in place afaik. Thanks!

Anyone ever have their site die with a memory error on upgrading? First I had the memory error with the system's Db.php file; my VPS host is actively working on it and above is what happens now., I'm not submitting a ticket to Invision (yet?) as it seems to be a config issue. I upgraded, hit up my site and it came up fine, but the Member profile card that comes up when the mouse is over their avatar gave me an error. Then after a couple of pages the site crapped out. Is there any way to prevent reputation from being added to the activity stream. Some users have complained that the stream is adding too many reputation lines to the activity streams, for example in the user profile etc. I was wondering if there is a way to prevent it. I have been searching in the ACP and I have not seen any option. Is this actually possible ? Thank you

Hallo. I would like to color some of the topics on my board to make them more visible. Ive searched the ACP and googled for some widgets (found one, but for the IPB 3.x) with no results. I tried with simple html code: <p style="color:#0000FF">topic name</p> It works with category names, but sadly, not with boards topics. Does anyone here have an idea about how to color IPB4 topics? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
