While uploading any img/pdf in MB's I have facing this issue in pop up. I have increase all these parameters in php.ini (apache server)i.e 1. session.gc_maxlifetime =1440 2. upload_max_filesize = 400M 3.post_max_size =400M 4.max_execution_time =30 5.memory_limit =256M 6.max_input_time =60 but still problem remains same.

When launching the Live Meta Tag Editor the following error message is displaying at the bottom of the page and the Editor along the Right Hand Side of the Page is not displaying. [[Template core/front/global/metaTagEditor is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] This is only happening within Thread Topics and is working correctly across all other pages such as Thread/Topic lists and Forum Lists. Hi, I’ve used a third party cookie solution (CookieYes) for a while now but wondered if the new built-in can be disabled to avoid confusion/conflict? I know there has been some changes and fixes over the weekend and the optional section has gone. I have it set not to show the pop up to guests. Thank you!

Was logged in to the forum as usual, clicked to do the update and my stored username and password used to log in to the forum earlier n the session does not work. It flashed that "The display name or password was incorrect. Please try again (make sure your caps lock is off)." the software locks me out for 14 minutes. I went through the stored passwords on my ipad, iphone and PC and none were changed. Tried logging in to ipad then iphone using my email and the whole account locks me out for 14 minutes at a time. I started upgrading the System version to 4.7.11, initially its stuck at Upgrade step. Hence I tried installing manually by downloading the software and uploaded after extracting. Now admin/upgrade started the upgrade, but its been stuck and our site is down from more than 4-5 hours. @Marc Stridgen @Adlago Any help here? Its almost similar to what happened here , but this time still its not moving forward.

Hello, Can't work out from the logs what's causing this - https://unofficialmills.co.uk/forums/ - to display an error 500. Nothing in the admin panel is pointing out what could be the problem either. I wonder if it's because the server was restarted, but again I can't see what I'd need to do. I'm a bit of a novice so any advice appreciated! Thanks

Hi, When trying to like a post I get a message in a pop-up window "Sorry, there was a problem reacting to this content.". Users reported another issue when trying to embed a video - There was a problem loading this content. I just moved my community to another hoster. Any thoughts?

I see an orange notification on my board that states: Important Cookie Consent / PII Patch We have released a patch with important updates for your community. Please go to AdminCP > System > Support to apply the patch from the top left box. However there's no link called "Support" in my ACP "System" category. Perhaps it means "Get Support"? In which case I saw a link that said a patch was released, and a link that said "Fix this". Hi, With the new PII request option, I made one using my normal member test account. However since making it, I’ve not received any notification about a member making a request, nothing has came through to either admin or member email address. If I go to the relevant section in AdminCP I do see an entry. How would I know to look if there is one? Is that correct? Many thanks

When I try to enable Zapier in integrations I'm met with: 3C414/1 Zapier needs to use the REST API to communicate with your community, but there is currently an issue with your REST API setup. Visit the REST & OAuth page to learn more and fix this issue. I checked over the REST API section and I have nothing created there. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Hi IPS, I somehow connect it with recent changes/updates to PayPal API, as for years we never experienced such issue, however I may be wrong. Using 4.7.10, customer reported us that payment was processed twice, indeed. When checked PayPal we had two payments, each under different transaction ID, one processed and one pending. Hello, I'm currently facing a problem where I can't send bulk emails and I'm looking for some help to resolve this. Regardless of whether I use the PHP mail or SMTP outgoing mail as my email delivery method, the issue persists. Despite setting up SMTP correctly through MailGun, I'm still unable to dispatch bulk emails. However, everything else appears to be working just fine. I'm able to send emails to new members, as well as forum notifications such as private messages and posts. Interestingly, the test email function also works without a hitch.
