Hello, I created multiple Ads on the CP admin (these are scripts from Admanager) most work correctly (but with too much latency imo), for the one in the header, I created two ads in the CP, one with the mobile script and one with the desktop script but randomly the community load with the mobile script, this happen frequently on the 'home' of the forum. https://www.velo101.com/forum/ Any idea ? I have created a group called VIP members. I have set this so that VIP members CAN see only 1 forum. However on testing this, the members of this group can see ALL forums. How do I fix this?

I need the club feature for my business. There is an issue, however, I have not been able to solve myself: After a member of a club ("Closed" club) has been removed or removed herself, I send another invitation, but it is not being delivered, i. e. that member neither receives a notification nor another invitation to join the club. What am I missing here?

Hello, I have started to see errors sending email with a custom plugin that has always been working before I updated to the latest beta version today. The plugin will send an email from ACP when I update a task. Once I do that now, I will see the error message below. I contacted the developer and he told me to contact IPS because it is related to the beta update. Could you please cast some light on this? See attachment. Thanks

For the life of me, I can't find the option where I can turn on the option to give all members the ability to ask them to add our site as a Homepage. I know its come in with push notifications, but I can't see the homepage options. I think the Splash Screen setting is in Icons and Logos but I can't find the Homepage option at all! Any speedy help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hello team, The table become too big (>7 G with 535 000 rows). My provider have a limit for the SQL (8 Go) so is it a setting in order to limit the cache to the last 5000 posts for example ? Thanks again, Benjamin Mysql : v5.7.36-log

Hi, I was running my website on single server, today I separated Web, DB and Fileserver. Now I have 3web server+1 fileserver+1db(write permission)+1db(read permission). All webserver are added to a load balancer, The problem starts when load balancer switch the webserver after some time, this show banned message for logged in user. If I check User>Member Settings > Ban Setting, sometime this show that my IP is banned (Reason: API.) If I delete this filter everything works fine. Sometime it work after Clearing system Cache from support tool. I am able to access admin panel from all webservers, but getting problem for frontend login, o…

I'm assuming there's no built-in way direct way to select which database fields can be displayed when doing an "Add new record" on the front-end in Pages (beyond the Title, Content, and Image)? Or is there actually a way to do that? Assuming not, can this be accomplished by modifying a template or through some other specific method? If so, are there any examples of this that I could be directed to?

I try to build students and parents community, in our workflow we often to share with parents their kids activities photos and videos, posts too. How can I create that private space for them? Aside of that I would like offer to parents an option to SHARE WITH COMMUNITY their cute photos videos or posts that contain good words of teachers. Hi there! Can't understand why I can't create tickets anymore (it says service expired, but I renewed as always). Anyway, this is critical, my forum is offline now. Hello, 1. So after the last update, which I accomplished a few weeks ago, when my folks who are in the "Pilot" group try to post a new topic they receive the error in the attachment. 2. At one time I did get a bar which said I needed to go to the AdminCP and reset the theme...but I can't find that anywhere. 3. If I have any other group like admin, I can post okay. I looked at the permissions for Pilot and they looked just like they did before the upgrade. Anyway, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Ivan
