Hello! I have the following achievement rule set up: I would like it if all users who have been registered for 5 years to have this badge immediately; not only if they sign in to the Forum. Is this possible? Furthermore, is it possible to have the "Earned" field be accurate to when their 5th year registered was? I'm fine with doing some janky stuff to get it to work if necessary! One of my members has 160 pages of renewal invoices, they're being created every 30 minutes and have been for a few weeks I've now noticed! I'm getting an email too, not sure if it's related from the cron daemon telling me there's a 500 error and the system errors are all the same... Hello guys, I notice on my search options I have two "Products" choices, see screenshot attach Our users are trying to search products ( were using product vault ) and notice two products options. The one on top does not work, but the one in bottom works. How do we remove the one in top that is not working? Thanks -Allan

Every time I go to my admin area, I get the following: It's because one of my Applications needs an update. But when I click on the Update icon, I'm asked to purchase again! I contacted the author, who informed me it is an IPB problem. Thanks, Martin

Hello, This error is happening again. A user just purchased a product and after he finalized the purchase, he will see an error. See attachment. Username: basileus Invoice #1300 He has been the only user reporting this problem. He has reported it 5 times already. Maybe it's happening to other users but this one has reported it a few times. Reporting it a second time because the issue is still happening. Thanks

Hello, I am having a problem with a renewal. The user enters the manage purchase for a monthly renewal and the cancel renewal option is not anywhere in the purchase. This has happened in the past and it's still happening sometimes. Purchase #229. 1. The user cannot see the option to cancel the renewal 2. In ACP I can't see the option to cancel the renewal. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? There is something definitely wrong on the user side because he cannot see the option to cancel the renewal. I am running 4.7 beta 10. Thanks

Haven't really noticed this before and not sure how long this has been going on, maybe it started with upgrading to Invision Community v4.6 ?? There is a footer notice to GUESTS and if you click on SIGN IN this footer notice says, "Important Information Terms & Rules" implying that a guest can read the terms and rules however it is not CLICKABLE, only the "I accept" button works. This seems odd, that the guest cannot click on the terms and rules and read what they are. I am not sure how to make this clickable so that a guest who is curious might want to read the terms and rules. How do I make this clickable so that a guest can do this, please?

So I've run into a issue when logging into my Admin Panel on my Website it just shows up as a Blank White Page.. Can't access anything Admin wise my website appears to working fine but my entire Admin Panel isn't working this is the first time this has ever happened.. So not sure what to do?

Noticed this locally while testing out an unrelated thing, reproed here. An SEM Rush report is showing duplicate content issues on my site, and they are from the blogs. For example this page: https://www.celiac.com/blogs/blog/1432-lynda-meadowss-blog/ and this page: https://www.celiac.com/blogs/blog/1432-lynda-meadowss-blog/?cat=11 are identical, yet their canonical links are different. This should be the canonical link for both: https://www.celiac.com/blogs/blog/1432-lynda-meadowss-blog/ There are many such pages which have been indexed, so I'm hoping for a fix that will correct the canonical link in such cases.

Hi there, I have some events in the calendar app and other events in clubs app. I'missing the events from clubs in the calendar view (/calendar/). I thought that all events – no matter if they were created in Calendar or in Clubs – are shown in /calendar/. Or am I misremembering?

We have recently moved our IPS to a new server. After the move the license started giving us error, saying it is expired. Tried refreshing and even tried resetting it from client area, but every time we just get the following error: "There was an error communicating with the IPS License Server: . Please try again later or contact IPS technical support for assistance." The new server is a Plesk 18.0.43 with PHP 7.0.33 (we will be updating it as soon as license is fixed) and IPS 4.1.14.2. We asked the provider to whitelist the server so we can test if the firewall was blocking us and that was not the case either. Any suggestions? T…

See image below: The message area where you usually type, isn't coming up for some members. But other members it is, these members are in the same usergroup so their settings should be the same as i've never changed any member settings. Its only just recently happened too, i've have 2 people on the forum stating this. I'm running 4.7.0 Beta 9. Many thanks 👍

So ive had website set up for almost a year, over night the payment system was changed to manual instead of automatic in the api part of my websites. All my stripe intents are being set with manual method and timing out on payment. Payments are going through but are not being captured. i have to manually capture and mark as paid. Instead of charges automatically being captured and approved on invisions end. This is really a hastle for me and requires me to sit at the dashboard to capture and approve payments as they come in. Is there any way to fix this on my end? I've called stripe and they are telling me I need to hire a developer to fix my api. I have spent a lot of mo…

Seems we celebrated too early as this issue is back in full force again. Payments do not get captured, customers end up making multiple payments and leaving us a huge mess to deal with. Manually capturing payments does not get reflected on IPS, so we are required to go in and manually set invoices as paid. Now we've had a customer who paid with Alipay (via stripe) and the payment is nowhere to be found. It isn't on stripe and IPS shows "awaiting payment". The customer has proven that he did in fact make a payment, so where did his money go? This is a big issue and I hope to see it solved quickly. There are free services that can keep their payment integrations more stable…
