Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted July 26, 20222 yr Hey Right now I have no idea what is wrong. My site is not rendering. I think all 3rd party plugins and apps are disabled. Cache is cleared on site and in Stackpath. Both front end and admin are affected. No images displaying. No css. But all text is displaying. Can anyone help? Cheers John
July 26, 20222 yr Author I just don’t get it. (This support model or the issue that has left me with an unusable board for 2 hours or so). The issue just seems to be on rendering. It’s like the entire template and cache system went phut. All was working well, then dead site. Images display, just nothing theme related, just unformatted text and white space, no layout, no css, no themes, no admin theme either. Access logs are ok Any ideas? July 26, 20222 yr What happens if you try to access one of the CSS files generated by your board? Do those files exist?
July 26, 20222 yr Author Thanks for responding Randy. Much appreciated. I just managed to sort it out. As simple as and out of date ssl certificate on the CDN mirror. A pity there isn’t an easy fallback or error reported.
July 26, 20222 yr Im actually still seeing issues on your site there. Are you having issues again? 2 hours ago, Songstuff said: This support model or the issue that has left me with an unusable board for 2 hours or so Just to note here, you are simply between support staff shifts. Not related to the support model. Unfortunately it was simply timing in this case. Support can be up to 72 hours as per SLA, but of course we are very very rarely anywhere near that time.

July 27, 20222 yr I'm not seeing any SSL issues for the community site listed in your signature. The cert looks to be valid and trusted. Expires: Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 7:59:59 PM Eastern
