Hi

since upgrading my forum to 4.5.4 the forum on ipad no longer works correctly and cannot post replies  or create new topics.  

Testing on invisioncommunity  forum has the same results, tried with safari, chrome, edge but all the same.

Top right menu does not work, reply to this topic - you cannot get the editor to work (expand or open)

Reply at the bottom of the posts, editor will not expand or open. 

Quote button is missing aswell

Is there any fix for the issue as users cannot use the forum using ipad ☹️

its just a simple  "go to first unread post" link/button  within a topic.  when you have say for example 10 pages of posts. click the unread button and it takes you to the first unread post. saves looking through a topic to find the ones you haven't read.

my members have used it since v3 days and its worked fine for them and my self,

i didn't ask for IPS to bring it back if you read my comment again, i was inquiring if the plugin that put this option back was going to be updated.

any updated "unread" button within topic plugins for 4.5.4 ?  the above is the only one i could find and that's not updated  to 4.5

i can confirm issue now fixed on both invision versions i use.

Sounds like same issue i reported with both 4.4.10 and 4.5.4

did you get a chance to look at this issue as its happening on both 4.4.10 and 4.5.4,  i remember the issue appearing a few versions back and reporting it. a fix was applied to fix the issue but now its back again. 😞

I feel the gallery needs to be more appealing to users, not sure how though.

The gallery on my forum always used to get used but unfortunately not been used for some time now.

sorry to bother you again but the issue i reported with my forum on  4.4.10, after testing on my demo forum running version 4.5.4 has the same issue. i will PM you a login to my demo forum.

i can only download one version for 4.4.10 but will try again. going to upgrade soon so no worries

was rebuilding my site and had to re-installed plugins, i  clicked on the 4.4  version and download a fresh ban from topics download.file

My plugin details  info are 1.0.7.1 (10008)

Did it give me the wrong one ?

When moving a topic to another forum and using the option Leave a link to the new location?  it throws an could not locate error and wont move the topic. If I disable the ban plugin then all returns to normal and can move topics with no error. Tested on my live and demo forum with the same results.

Is Google Analytics better.... sure. I trust their numbers more. Can I share those numbers to motivate users on a per topic basis? Not that I know of.

Just a follow on from the original topic by DamonT 

On a forum i manage, my picks page is used and also promoted to the main index using the widget that's set to display three picks only.

Due to the images being loaded full size on the forum index it really slows the loading of the forum, could there be some improvement to these features as i feel these have been over looked. On the main index block could images be reduced to thumbnails and on the My Picks Page an option to load fewer topics and thumbnails,  both will help with page loading.

Sorry Matt but i have to disagree,  Once again a feature has been removed because you thought it wasn't useful or seams to read tat way.

My members like to see the number of views on a topics and so do sponsors, its getting a little tiresome where i have to find a why of putting feature back or hope a developers has the time to create a plugin.

How's the updates going to 4.5.3?
