Howdy! I just installed the latest version of Connections and enabled MapBox in my admin panel. @Andy Millne However, when I go to select my location, the map is blank. Any idea why? It's not theme-related as it shows blank in the default IPB theme as well. Any help would be appreciated.

@bfarber Hey, wondering if you can help me figure this out... I have yet to receive a daily digest email from my own forum. I don't understand what settings I need to have in place to receive it. There are topics that I haven't visited that day that I would imagine would be included in that digest email. It's probably user error (aka me lol) but I just don't understand.

This looks interesting. Is it possible to have it use an @ icon instead of say "Mention" @Ilya Hoilik Here's what it looks like when a member posts. Instead of the words "Quote," "Edit" etc, they are icons. You can see I am having trouble with the Give Points text being an icon as well. I don't know how to change it to an icon, and fear the mention option will also be the word and not an @ symbol 🙂 If you can help me with this I'd be interested!

Hey @kRSB, wondering if you can help me please. I set the permissions so only Admins or my subscriber group can use Group Mentions. The Subscriber group is named Plus. They only should be able to tag the Plus group, not ALL groups, however despite the permissions... they can tag all groups. I have a test account that's a standard user, and they did indeed receive the notification. Am I missing something? Hey IPB fam, I want to upgrade my email template game for ALL emails being sent. That includes: Auto-responding emails, like when a new user registers, If they opt-in to receive a notification via email Or an auto-drip campaign (If there are any others, those too!) I want all of the emails to look uniform and branded to my website's color schemes, which is navy blue, two variants of purple, pink and white. Below is an example of an email template I'd love to use. I created this through SendGrid's email template creation tool, and I would love to mirror this in IPB. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 1.) Logo I want more control over how my logo looks in the email template. Using the upload option in the Email settings works, but the logo is compressed and loses quality (even if I change the file upload settings in Image settings to the best of the best on both .jpg and .png, it still looks low quality compared to the original png version). Anyone know of a way I can tell the template to us a custom link to the .png - so it can be hi-res - versus having to use the upload form? 2.) Background color I would also love to set the background of the entire email. I know there's an email wrapper plugin, but I also want the body of the email to also be dark navy blue as well. 3.) Font color I know I can manually set the font to be white in the editor, however it'll be easier to use if I can always see the text, and instead tell it somehow to display as white text when it's emailed out (otherwise white on white is... no bueno). Eventually it would be super dope for IPB to create their own email template editor, but for now I could use some advice. I know how amazing and talented this community is, so any help would be more than appreciated! Sidenote: If someone advises that I should hire a developer instead, I am open to that as well. Interesting. @Mark Round I purchased the Email Drips application cause I want to fire off a series of how-to emails once someone registers, creates a club, buys a subscription etc. and would love them all to feel branded to my theme. Hence why I stumbled upon this thread 😅 Is it possible to change the background color inside the wrapper? Is there an easy-ish way to stylize these email templates? Including the validation/registration emails? I need to give the emails some major TLC

Hey there - I wanted to circle back on this. @bfarber I am still a little confused how this all works/functions. Would love yours or anyone else's insight. 1.) What determines when or why I get a daily digest email? Sadly, I have yet to ever receive one from my forum. I love how I get one from IPB once per day. I want that for my forum for all members unless they opt out of that. How is this achieved? What settings are enabled to accomplish this? 2.) If I change "Method to use for content I follow automatically" to "One email per day with all new content from that day," do I still get a notification inside my forum? Or is it now just email? Or both? (Ultimately, this is what I want: Members to receive one daily digest email with content from that day they follow, and instantaneous notifications inside the forum). Here is what my notification settings look like currently: 3.) Currently, I have the email option disabled for all notifications except 'content I follow' on my forum. I did this because I was under the impression a member could theoretically opt-in to receive email notifications for any and all things, which I want to avoid because of how expensive that could get if tons of members did that. 4.) In this Invision Community forum, my managed notifications is truncated and a lot cleaner-looking than mine. Mine has each notification swatch in a list. How can I make mine like this place? In a nutshell: I want my members to get one daily digest email and all of their in-forum notifications instantly. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I've been on the Internet too much this week lol.

Thank you for making this! @Makoto I just purchased it. I love that there's either a deletion request OR a deactivate request where they can re-activate later. I get members from time to time coming back from the past asking for their accounts to be re-instated. Now they can do it themselves. Question: when they ask for their account to be deleted, and they wait passed the grace period, what happens to their posts? Are they deleted? Or do they still appear but as 'Guest?'

Hi there! @InvisionHQ Just purchased. Very cool! It didn't occur to me till after I purchased, but... is there some way to automatically add people who get added to a specific group into a specific Club? For example, someone subscribes to my website. They are moved into the Subscribers group. Can they automatically somehow be added into the Subscribers Club I created for them? Also, when their subscription expires, they are moved back to whatever group they were in before the subscription. Could they also then automatically be removed from the Subscription Club? Thanks.

Oh wow you're right. This morning it takes me to checkout on Safari and Chrome in incognito. However, how does that explain it not working on incognito yesterday? Yesterday, I moved the pricing tiers block to IPB's default subscriptions page and it the button was working instantly so I started using that page again. Good to know that I can use this button elsewhere though and that it appears to be something that was user-error (aka me lol). Hey IPB fam, I am super excited for the 4.5 update. Everything I've read (and seen in Alpha) looks and sounds awesome. However, I've also noticed I feel a little apprehensive surrounding the release. I realized what it was. I'm nervous to upgrade because of the third-party plugins, applications and themes my forum depends on. I would hate to experience any major bugs or temporarily take the forum offline to fix things in the event something breaks. Anyone else feel the same? Everything I have enabled in my forum (in my opinion) are features and functions that serve a purpose. Anything I don't use on a daily basis is disabled or has been deleted. That leads me to my question: what are you guys doing to prepare for the update? Are you reaching out to plugin/application developers for updates? I'd love to hear from you guys regarding what the best method of practice is 😊

I have this error on my website too. A member bought it, but when they logged out and back in they were no longer anonymous.

Ah yea nm. I logged out in Chrome and tried and I got the error. 😩 Should I just not use this page and use IPB's default one? The listings look so beautiful I would hate to have to scrap it. 🙏

Oh. Ugh.

I tried in an incognito window in Chrome and it successfully took me to the checkout.* The error is occurring in Safari. 46% of visitors reading my website use Safari. 😩 Any idea how this can be fixed? It's strange that it's a browser issue. However, it works on the default page so I have hope still!
