    Very interesting. Yea that makes a lot of sense. Too bad there isn't a way to apply this to usernames that have registered with profanity in the past, or alert current members somehow that they must change their username to comply.

    I was on chat with FB support yesterday and they were low-key kinda useless. I even had to ask if I was speaking to a human or a bot 😂 I am going to make this a priority. If we can more easily share FB content that would be huge.

    Does anyone have a way of stopping members from registering usernames with bad words? Google flags websites where profanity exists, including usernames. So I have censors in place, but if a username has a bad word in it, Google flags it, which adversely impacts ad revenue on those pages. Can't seem to find a solution.

    I respectfully disagree. It’s imperative people propose ideas. That’s what creates momentum, innovation and change. 🙏 It’s my view that hashtags are a spin-off of tags. Which is great, however... hashtags are universally used and understood. Tags are not. Why re-train members to use tags in a comment (if that was possible) when they know how and already exercise using hashtags. 😊

    Hi there! Does anyone find themselves using a Featured image for their homepage only, but don't want to include the Featured image in the topic itself? It would be awesome to have an option to tell the topic to hide the featured image. It could increase load times for that topic but also still display in the homepage. Thoughts? 😅 BTW I use Super Blocks for the layout, and have the Featured image plugin installed so people see a thumbnail when texting a link to their friends or promoting on social media.

    There should only be ~3 programmatic ads per page and one ad that lays over the content via mobile that's powered by a very commonly used ad company for music sites called Bands In Town. I haven't heard from anyone that they can't click anywhere. Would be greatly appreciated if you could screen record what you see and send me please. I don't want anyone to have a poor UX. The guest login wall comes up after someone attempts to read 3 or more topics. It should never appear on the homepage.

    In what way? It's performing similarly to how hashtags work on Twitter. A member uses a hashtag, it displays all instances that hashtag was used as well as the search term for it. It displays a list of the top 5 hashtags being used within an 8 hour window. If 10 members want to trend a hashtag, they can all write #Hello and get it to appear in our trending list. When members get more familiar with it on my forum, I anticipate they will start to use it when breaking news happens, or organize campaigns together. Am I missing something? 😅

    Hey team, had an idea... I'd love to see a stationary footer menu viewable at all times on mobile. I think there are so many under-utilized sections of IPB that users should know about, but it gets buried. If we could have a secondary footer menu like Twitter, we could have people at the tap of a button see what's currently trending (popularly now), trending hashtags, chat room, calendar, basically whatever you want! Thoughts?

    Hey there @opentype Quick question for ya. Right now viewing my homepage on desktop, each row features Three topics. I was thinking of including a sidebar on my site. Is it possible to only display two topics per row somehow versus three?
