Sorry, this is not possible in the default follow system. Everything is by manual opt-in. 

There has been no changes in that area to remove such an option unfortunately.

On another note, don't you think that in the item info,Time Left    7 days and 12 hours - January 13, 2022 is an overkill? 
Either of the 2, e.g. time left or the expiring date is sufficient info.
It clogs the interface unnecessarily and distracts the eye from more important info, I think. 
I also think that an option in the settings to enable Quantity by Group (e.g. to those with member stores) would also help clear the clatter in the item description area. Individuals selling used items offer 1 item. Not 2 or many of the same. Only stores do that.

FYI - with the release of IPS Community Suite v4.6.8, audio files attached to content items will now display an audio player automatically in the same way as video attachments display a video player.
I have not yet tested out the first beta of v4.6.8 to see how it affects this application and how this application affects the new functionality. If any changes are needed in my application then they will be made in my own time once I've tested things out, and likely not while the beta process is going on for this new release.
If you choose to upgrade to the beta of v4.6.8 and experience any issues, feel free to post the issue in here but do not expect a quick turnaround on a fix.

Already submitted. Waiting for approval. 

Testing today - initially not seeing any issues with the current version on IPS 4.6, but will do some more testing tomorrow once back at my dev machine.
Testing finished - not seeing any issues. Resource has been marked as IPS 4.6 compatible , and is pending review before it will appear as installable on that version. Existing installations don't need an update if running the current 2.1.1 version.
If anyone does spot a problem, please report it here.

Well it kinda is if IPB itself is not converting the url to embed. But I'm just thinking if there's anything I can do to get around it.
I will take a look, this should be possible as I believe IPS apps already do this.

No. Pages doesn’t add tabs to profiles. 

A little update on the roadmap of this app:

2.3 Advert filters #2 (custom fields) (deadlines to be defined, for sure after 4.5)
3.0 Direct transactions (it can works also without IP.Commerce) (deadlines to be defined, for sure after 4.5)
Version 2.1 will be released this week also with some bugfixes.

Still saved as a suggestion and will be looked into in a future update.
If you fill them in and go back and view the settings? Is the setting empty again?
I'll note group permissions option next update.

Now, as promised, I'm working hard on version 2.0 of Classifieds that will bring many of the features that have been requested.
I've no ETA but expect a lot of good things very soon.

There is a big thing missing on Classified apps :
1) the possibility to filter the results : by price, by brand etc
2) A real search box with multiple criterias like you can see on various marketplaces :
i want to see the adverts with price less than $100, belonging to a category in particular etc
This is the major improvement we need for Classifieds
