I currently use Members Shop to encourage activity. This has to be the best plugin available for the forum.

The main factor is allowing members to use their points to gain rewards. 

Whether it be the ability to pin a topic for a set number of days, or use it to download a file, it is very powerful.

Now that the developer of this plugin is no longer supporting it, this is a great opportunity to offer this type of gamification officially. 

I do hope as it develops, these types of features getting added overtime. 

Is it possible to edit the time limit for a quiz AFTER the quiz has already been created? When I 'Edit' an already made quiz, I do not see this option. When I create a quiz, it's there.

Yes this would be great. As I could just make my own custom image with custom text on the image.

Very nice plugin. I do have a question.

If I wanted to show some handpicked threads placed in different sections of my forum together in a Tab or Grid,  would I be able to do that?

From looking at the screenshots, maybe I could do it with tags? I don't use the tags on my forum, but maybe as the admin, I could go and insert a tag on the posts I want to show together in a Tab or Grid? Example, I could add a tag named "tab-1" on all the posts I want to show in Tab 1. Would this work?

This would be the perfect implementation. By default the feature is "off". But mods and admin would have the power to enable it on a per thread basis. On my own forum we have had people start topics that we knew would be controversial, a mod would spot this right away and could enable this feature in the thread. Unfortunately GENRES do not provide an English name.

I looked on Amazon, clicked 'Learn More', but it's still a bit confusing.

It worked. I currently have it set for only Admin to view while I am still setting it up.

@Adriano Faria I am noticing something missing from my setup. On @Davyc and @Jimi Wikman Movies pages, they have the 'Share' button next to their 'Follow', is there a setting somewhere I am missing? The only 'Share' setting I see in the Movies app, is in Category Settings, at the bottom in the Category Display section there is an option that says 'Enable sharing', which I do have on. Right underneath that there is a link that says 'Sharing Settings', when I click this it opens a white page and in the url field it says, 'about:blank#blocked'.

I appreciate your reply. In fact, just about every movie I add  it shows the title in Chinese, and I always change it to the English title before saving the page. But in the sidebar for 'Language', it still shows it in Chinese, as you can see from my screenshot. So instead of it saying Mandarin, Cantonese or even Chinese, it shows the language in Chinese characters and not in English. There is no way to edit this.

Yes, the folder on my server was named 'files', I changed it to 'downloads', it is working again. Thanks @bfarber for the help.

Hello Adriano,

I am checking with you to see if there is anything that can be done on your end of how the plugin displays the movie data that is imported.

For example, on the TMDB page for this particular movie, Legend of the Ancient Sword, it shows the Language as Chinese, and it displays it in English.




When I import this movie, it displays the language like so:




Please let me know if there is anything that can be done about this, Thank you!!!

I placed the file in the main directory of my forum, not the main directory of the server, my website.

I just contacted Cloudways support, thought it was a htaccess file issue, they had this to say:

The only thing I did yesterday to my overall forum, as far as changes, was enable 'Rewrite URLs'. I had add the '.htaccess' file that is there to download, and added it to my forum on the server, is it possible I placed the file in the wrong location? Where should it be placed?

The rewrite of the urls did work though.

On my forum, when I or any other member clicks on the Downloads item in the menu, the following message comes up,

You don't have permission to access this resource.
Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at www.(site name).com Port 80

Would anyone know what would cause this to show up?
