I seriously do not see the objection or unwillingness to entertain this slight change?
Honestly, you would think we were asking you to re-invite the wheel using mathematics which hasn't been invented yet and colouring it a nice shade of pink in the process.

Also don’t forget to add to your constants.php:

    \define( 'DEFAULT_THEME_ID', X );

where X is the ID of the theme you created. This is for when you enable IN_DEV mode.

    Hi Adriano,
Thank you for that! You have just saved me about three hours uploading images!! 👍
Sometimes, being a developer you look for the hardest solutions before thinking about the obvious ones first! 😂

I’m already in the theme ID 64.
You need to recreate the default theme.

    v1.05
Fix: Pick titles were broken if new comment was made to the original item/topic/article. Changed: Topic titles are now shortened to 2 lines rather than 1, Fix: The grey background colour was visible on custom themes even with 'Use Theme Colors' toggled on, Fix: Our Pick Cover images with some custom themes would not be displayed as expected. Thanks to @breatheheavy for his help over the last few days. Helped iron out a few issues with this plugin.

It's not an application, it is a plugin. Sign into your ACP, go to system, plugins, click on the upload button and upload the file.

    #Updated to version 1.06
This corrects some HTML code which could result in some blocks being displayed incorrectly.

    Update 1.05
    Changes And Fixes:
Fixed: The bottom advertisement block would display below the Website Footer, this advert block will now display above the footer as expected. Changed: The "Block Settings" tab has changed its order within the form tabs to be the default tab (Settings tab was the previous default tab). This was due to the fact that the "Block Settings" tab is most likely to be the most used when editing the Plug-in settings. Added: Block Type Select Option: There are now three different "Block Types". This is to reflect the different types of content which can be used. WYSIWYG HTML Pages Changed: The original Text Editor (Text Box) has been changed to a WYSIWYG Editor (The Default Editor for IPS). This is to allow easy editing of a block content without the need to know HTML. Added: CodeMirror Editor. The CodeMirror box will allow adding HTML code with coding styles rather than just as plain text. Added: Pages Blocks. You can now add a Pages (CMS) Block by adding the Pages Block template key. So anything that you can dream up using Pages Blocks can be added to the Footer. Please be aware, the Pages Block styling my clash with your footer, so you may have to change the Pages Block Styling to match your Footer stying. Changed: Display This Block options. When de-toggling the 'Display This Block' option within the plugin form, this will hide the other options for this block, this is to keep the form clutter down to a minimum. I would suggest that you back up your data for this plug-in before updating to this version. Just in case.

I've given up. I have told to them: look, this suite is developed by men for men, they cannot understand how difficult it is to calculate for us. Live with it.

Submitted: 11 hours ago (But I only have 10 fingers! and is that from UTC or GMT time?),
    Submitted: Yesterday (When exactly yesterday? 9am, 9pm or 12:30 or 14:43 23:58? ),
Submitted: Today (When exactly today? See above!),
Submitted: 09 November 2019 at 3:45pm (No need to work the date and time because it is there for all to see).
For some people, Today and Yesterday have no meaning at all and they do not want to work it out out either. Having the date shown as the 4th option is straight forward and easy for our members to visualise when a post was submitted, without having to resort to mathematics.

Sure. Also this. This was how 3.X had displayed the dates. I have ignored the complaints for one year. But now, we have moved a year ago, it is starting to get annoying to hear it again and again.
Or, they do. Believe me. I have installed every plugin that restores the "unread" functionality from 3.X They need it really. It is a very busy community. They are creating content without pause. As already said, they are women and they like to talk.
I guess the only reason is: we really want to see the time when it was posted. Whether at 8:00, 9:00 or 10:00 o'clock today. They want to see this time afternoon and not to calculate back what time was exactly as the post has been made. That's all. Just be able to see the time.
This is not about relative time in general. They are happy with X minutes ago (there is no so much to calculate). And they are happy with yesterday, 11:23. The whole complaints are only against X hours ago.

There is no overlay. There are two issues with this plugin.
First, the mess in the code
<img src="{setting="swf_social_logo"}" app="core" location="global"}" width="135" height="135" /> Plus logo is added automatically resized to 135px (width and height). Bad idea if logo is not square. I recommend to replace the code above with:
<img src="{setting="swf_social_logo"}" width="135" class="ipsImage" /> There are two places where the first line is used, so you have to replace it twice.

Will you please introduce a method which prevents session destruction while actively working within the ACP, or give the member notice that the session is about to expire so they can save their work before getting the dreaded login screen on save.
Better still, give the admins the choice to
Close the session when closing the browser logging out, Or a period of (real) inactivity I have lost count at the amount of times I have lost work in the ACP because of the session timeouts.

Hey @TDBF! Love this mod. Way better than the stock topic feed!
Some things I would love to see in a future version:
Exclude forums to pull topics from (for when you've only got a small number of forums you don't want to appear in the result, and a LOT that you do!) List topics containing a particular tag (for when the tag is more important than the forum container) List topics with less than X replies (for singling out topics that haven't had enough love yet) Thanks for your awesome work so far!

The whole reasons you have mentioned are why we removed it from our forum.
It is half finished and undercooked and needs a lot more work which an expensive plugin from the market cannot fix.

Use a free CDN service such as Cloudflare, configure it and that should take care of most of your issues which are not image related..
For defer parsing of Javascript. Login into your ACP, go to your default theme and under Custom, change JavaScript include location to Just before body tag.
