  1. Please ensure you're on the latest release with all patches applied. If you are, please switch to an unmodified theme and disable all third-party applications/plugins.
  2. Did you disable third party applications and plugins as well?
  3. Renewing your license would not cause any issues on the site, just as an expired license would not cause this issue either. A 502 error would be coming from your hosting provider so you would need to contact your hosting provider for assistance. I have also removed your video from here as it is a public forum and exposed sensitive information, such as your license key. I would recommend removing the video from your service as well.
  4. This is just an SSL certificate issue at the time of accessing and not a security issue in the upgrade. Please clear your browser's cache. Your certificate is valid at this time.
  5. They're having technical issues per their site:
  6. What are you setting as your default application? Please also see my comments below:
  7. Would check your .htaccess for any custom URL rewrites or redirects. Otherwise, we would require access to your community: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. Looking at your licensed URL, you have a few folders between where they put the php info test and where your community is actually living. Would ensure you don't have another PHP configuration running there which does not have PHP session configured correctly. Ultimately, I would have them also ensure the location for PHP sessions is writable/readable by PHP/your web server account. As this is a PHP setting, we would not define this.
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Did this user have their Newsletter set to true prior to running the Test Zap in your screenshot? As you would need to rerun the test in order to get updated values.
  11. Custom Profile Fields are supported at this time but Commerce custom fields are not.
  12. AllowAdminEmails would indeed be the newsletter Boolean to tell if a user is opted in to receiving the newsletter in the software.
  13. This is misidentification. The spacer image is just a spacer.
  14. This is still a large assumption being made here though. I understand you strongly believe this, but we have no evidence otherwise to prove this. We have thousands of customers running our software and out of those, we only have 1 report of this. Even running this on my own self-hosted server, I hardly see a spike in running this task. This is largely isolated to something in your environment or data. We are not stating we won't investigate this but we can't proceed with until we have ruled out the server with the items we requested or specifically have gotten the process which is involved in triggering this.
  15. You would need to enable it in the PWA as there is an explicit optin and negotiation to register the device for push notifications with your OS provider. You would open the PWA, login, and go to Account Settings -> Notification Settings -> Scroll to the bottom and enable it as seen here:
  16. Wouldn't they just leave the conversation then? Then they wouldn't receive any further communication in that conversation and the user would not be able to message them again.
  17. You would want to read my post above explaining what could cause that. Keep in mind that the version you’re on does not support PHP8 so you can ignore any errors outside of /admin/upgrade
  18. The only way to upgrade your community would be through the upgrade process. You may wish to hire a third-party provider to perform your upgrade for you if this is not something you are comfortable performing. Alternatively, looking at our Cloud may be a good option as you will never run into this on our Cloud.
  19. Zapier itself is not an email service like SendGrid. Zapier is more of a service that is used to add additional functionality to your community when an action on your community or another application integrated with Zapier is performed. It, by itself, is not an email sending service. There are hundreds of email sending services out there which work over SMTP or have APIs. If you are looking specifically for an API for a reason, you may need to hire a developer as currently the only integration in the core software is SendGrid. Some other email services are like AWS' SES, Sparkpost, SocketLabs, etc...
  20. There is a bug on the version you're on so you will not be able to use the auto-upgrade functionality which applies the files for. If you go to /admin/upgrade prior to uploading files, you will get the "No applications to upgrade" message because you haven't uploaded the files yet. PHP 8 is required and with any PHP upgrade, please ensure you've installed all the correct modules and any third party applications/plugins are compatible with that PHP version. As you are coming from an outdated release, odds are they are not compatible with PHP 8 but you'll need to check those 500 Internal Server Errors in your server error log. I'd personally, disable all third party applications/plugins or uninstall them prior to upgrading. Use this compatibility checker to check compatibility: You can utilize a test instance to test the upgrade. Keep in mind that Marc and myself are official support from Invision Community. If you did the above and still encountering issues, we would need to look at it with the issue in place.
  21. You would need to confirm that you're uploading the files in the correct spot and your server is seeing those changes. There is nothing more which the software does in this area to start the upgrade process. Have you inspected the dates as I mentioned in my previous post? This would indicate that the files are not uploading/overwriting the files on your server.
  22. You will want to double check that was actually done properly. As multiple checks in the software would indicate that it has not been. Looking on your server, the last time files were touched were back in 2020 so this would indicate that this has not been done properly.
  23. This would indicate the files were not uploaded to the correct spot if they were successfully uploaded at all. Please ensure that you are uploading the contents of the "ips_****" folder to your server where you have Invision Community installed, overwriting what is there.
  24. Is that the PHP configuration loaded by the ACP? If so, is the tmp directory writable for the account your web server is running? These are all hosting questions. I would advise contacting your hosting provider or hiring a server administrator if you do not wish to deal with this or are unsure how to proceed. Alternatively, there is our Cloud which you will never have to worry about PHP configurations.
  25. session.save_path is empty so the error is expected till you provide your PHP configuration a valid path.
