  1. Without a link or information on the post, there isn't much evidence to say that it existed, I'm afraid. Would just watch it moving forward, review your third party applications/plugins to ensure they don't touch this area, ensure that only relevant moderators have permission to delete things, etc...
  2. Has it been moved to a different area or hidden (presuming you're not viewing with a moderator with this permission)? If you have a link to content, is it resulting in a 404 error?
  3. Did you recently restore the database? If not, did you check your moderator logs to see if it was deleted? Those are the first places to start.
  4. Profile content isn't currently removed as a part of this. You're more than welcome to provide this suggestion in our Feedback forum.
  5. Most likely need to look into this still as you're likely not going to get fully past those that have errored out.
  6. Invoices would not log the IP address of the user, I'm afraid. You would need to check if there were any error logs or check your server's access log. There is no known bug which would create multiple invoices/purchases through guests checking out and registering.
  7. Not sure what you mean by "Session Timeout Vulnerability". Sessions in our software are controlled by PHP sessions.
  8. Not sure what you mean. There is nothing to prevent this. A user can logout devices through device management. If you're worried about unauthorized access, I would advise setting up Two Factor Authentication.
  9. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so we can investigate more closely. It looks like something is missing in the database that it is attempting to delete. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  10. I'm afraid, this is not a feature in the software to disable autocomplete on the login form for the ACP.
  11. I see we did an SSO for you back in 2018. If you need any updates to this, it would be under a new contract, and you should contact Sales. However, we typically no longer do SSO integrations for self-hosted any longer.
  12. Thanks @Gauravk and @rebraf! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  13. Unfortunately, this isn't something I was able to reproduce on an installation without modifications in normal operation of the software. I would still recommend disabling and testing again.
  14. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce this. However, before we continue too far, I would suggest upgrading or disabling the following third party add-ons to ensure they are not involved. applications/easypopup/hooks/includeJSandCSS.php applications/memberscountry/hooks/dispatcherFront.php plugins/aedtousdconversion/hooks/aedtousd_patterns.php applications/singledriveandwaitlist/hooks/OutputOverride.php applications/drives/hooks/drivesData.php applications/membersshop/hooks/MemberHook.php applications/memberscountry/hooks/friendlyUrl.php applications/membersshop/hooks/GroupHook.php
  15. Comparing Apples and Tomatoes here. You're comparing something that has tools required and needed VS. not something which is required or provided.
  16. Sorry, there would not be a way to do this in the software. You can block countries from registering or block IP addresses which would see a message about not being able to access the community.
  17. Thanks, Adriano. I have clarified my statement with a quote.
  18. This is a feature already 🙂 . Edit the forum and go under Posting Settings -> Tags.
  19. Sorry, we would not help with anything custom, no.
  20. This can be already setup. You can link the contact us form to a forum creation URL of your choosing. You would simply need to allow guests to post there and enable that only topic creators (and staff) can see their topics. Then you have this available to you and essentially, a ticket system in a forum.
  21. Would clear your browser local storage. Sounds like something got corrupted.
  22. Please check your email to my reply to your ticket 😉 . As this is an account matter, we will need to discuss privately.
  23. We have received your contact request and will assist you there.
  24. Is the link being generated from user content? The software would only be aware what it has been told of. I am not able to reproduce this so we would need to see what you're seeing as an issue here.
