  1. This would require a customization of some kind as we do not outline this on a page. Otherwise, you're more than welcome to post this as a suggestion in our Feedback forum
  2. Correct. It is not included in the Cloud hosting charges but is a separate service we offer. Similar to how we used to offer this to self-hosted customers.
  3. Please contact your hosting provider if you are unsure how to obtain this information for us.
  4. OK, thank you for clarifying. Often browser caching of 500 isn't something we suggest servers to instruct browsers to cache and not something which is part of our software so that caught myself off guard.
  5. The date/time stamp is stored in a format agnostic manner or should be. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the first example. Could you please ensure you are on the latest release and then provide access? We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. I'm not sure what you mean. If you have customized your admin directory, only your community would have that customization.
  7. Do you have a custom name admin directory on your server? That is a 404 so you would need to go to /your-admin-directory/upgrade
  8. Yes, unmodified as there could be an issue with the current. I am trying to understand where you are currently in the process of the upgrade. You mentioned going to /admin/upgrade so if files have been applied, you will need to finish the upgrade at /admin/upgrade. That could explain the missing language strings if you're halfway through the upgrade process.
  9. Your language pack is missing quite a few language strings and looks like it's causing issues. I would switch an unmodified language pack. You also have an upgrade pending for our software. Was this attempted?
  10. Time is the only thing which will refresh cache. It seems like you're still understanding this as cache is in place till a guest is on page for 15 min or something that someone is doing to refresh the cache. That would be incorrect. If a guest views a page, that page is put into cache and then 15 min of real, actual time of if an individual is on the page or not, and it expires and is gone from cache. The 15 min timer is independent of if anyone is on that page or not and any other action they would be doing, it is just pure time 🙂 . Then next guest to view the page will be live content.
  11. The integrations and data that you can insert into systems would wildly vary depending on those integrations. IE above you're asking whether or not you should add group to name. I am stating, it would be whatever provides you value within that application and accomplish what you're seeking to use it for. There is no wrong answer. I will answer some of your other questions more directly if that helps I would advise creating Zaps in Zapier if you're confused by what is in the ACP. There really is limited difference. You would need to use the available triggers provided. Otherwise, there would need customization. This is not something currently available and would require customization. This would depend on the trigger which is triggering the Zap. If the purchase is done on creation and the trigger is a fully validated account, yes. Otherwise, if purchase happens after the trigger, no.
  12. You have a CDN on Cloud 😉. You’ll want to review those factor of heavy images and JavaScript which page speed is reporting there. Likely custom themes, third party addons, custom JavaScript, etc… may be influencing this.
  13. If any parts of core Commerce are desired to be changed, you can post in our Feedback forum requesting those or work with a third party provider to accomplish these in a custom application. However, if they don’t exist, I’m afraid there is not much from a support perspective which we can assist with.
  14. You would want to contact your advertising provider. There's nothing in the software directly so it would require customization.
  15. Typically, this can be done by just inserting your license key again in ACP -> System -> License Key. However, on this instance, I have done this for you now.
  16. You're more than welcome to post a suggestion in our Feedback forum to change that behavior but as this is the current intended behavior, there is nothing further I can recommend to resolve your issue currently than to switch to an email provider which does not perform this intentional slow down.
  17. Yes, this is a part of the core solution so will be a part of unmodified theme updates from release to release.
  18. If the application which you are attempting to send data to is in Zapier, I would simply create a Zap in Zapier and include the data which you want to send to the application to create the record in the system. As long as the data passed works for you, there is no wrong combination of data to send.
  19. If the number of followers is below a certain number, we issue the follow notification email immediately in the post process. Otherwise, if it is a larger number, that a mail system wouldn't be able to send reasonably immediately, it is scheduled in the background. This is by design. If your SMTP server delays sending, you may wish to use another service or avenue. This is abnormal activity really for an SMTP provider to just delay the injection of your request, during the request causing slowdown of the application/software you're using. Typically, there is a max number of emails able to be sent in a duration and you are stopped afterwards.
  20. As you are using a custom theme it will look slightly different. Otherwise, you can just go to yoursite.com/admin
  21. I see your request in our ticket system and attending to it now. As mentioned in the process, there is a manual component to this. Your request was submitted outside of support hours so will be attended to in the next available time 🙂 .
  22. Glad you were able to resolve the issue 🙂 .
  23. Neither. A page only gets put into cache when a guest views it. It gets taken out from cache 15 min later. It does not get put back into cache till another guest views it and starts that process over again.
